Firstly the sisters were very welcoming. Showed me plenty of dresses. I was nervous at first but was quickly put at ease. Tried 5 on and picked the first one on I tried! Was so shocked that I picked a dress in the first and only shop I went into! Now I cannot wait for my wedding day, I came home so happy after picking my dress. Can't praise them enough. Bridal shop by far!!!! I got married on 11th Aug and it took me a little while & trying on a million dresses to find my perfect dress. Always & Forever was the first bridal shop I went to and the others I visited just did not have the same professionalism & petsonalisation as this one. I visited this shop a few weeks ago. After reading such fantastic reviews I had high expectations. Unfortunately the shop did not live up to this. One thing I have to say is that the dresses are gorgeous, but they are stocked in many other shops. The one and only bridesmaid dress rack did not look impressive either. IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THEY MUST HAVE BEEN AT THE WRONG SHOP - I went to always and forever 2 weeks ago and I cannot rate their service highly enough! I recently visited this bridal boutique and was horrified with the service I received. The woman in-charge spoke to me, my mother and sister very rudely. As I rang the bell at the front door the woman answered and said 'O your late.. I have only got till 12 o'clock you know'. I went into this shop to look at tiaras with a friend who is getting married. I only looked at the dresses and the owner spoke to me like I was a child telling me I wasn't allowed near them and I must sit down saying "what are you here for? Tiaras not dresses!" I was so gobsmacked at how rude someone could be to a customer that I said to my friend that I thought that was rude (which was an understatement). I travelled around many bridal shops in the North west....disappointed with a few but then I found this one. Friendly, helpful and didnt break the bank!! Great little shop. The warm welcome and friendly service put you at ease from the word go. Great selection of dresses to choose from, and so many at realistic prices. Diane is informative, helpful and not at all pushy (which made such a nice change from some of the shops I had been to). I am getting married in aug 2012. i went to the shop for a quick look to see what budget i would have to stick to for the type of dress i had in mind,
the lady who dealt with me was so efficient and helpful, when i told her i was sticking to a budget of around £500 she was honest and told me i would have to be looking at sample dresses, she advised me to try some on and instantly fell in love with the first one i tried and it was well within budget at £325.

I am getting married in September this year. This was the 1st dress shop i had been to look in. i tried 6 dresses on overall and ended up with the 1st one i chose! I love it, cant wait to wear it. Diane and eileen are fab, they are very friendly and will go that extra mile to hrlp, ie. they are the only shop i know that open up after hours to help! Just wanted to say thankyou to the staff at Always and Forever Bridal Boutique in St.Helens. I was on a budget of £300 and they understood and didn't judge me. All I wanted was an understated wedding dress that was still going to be special,and as soon as I walked in the shop they were there to help and found me my dream dress.
Unlike many other bridal shops they listen to what you want,ask the right questions,offer advice and help you to find YOUR dress.

Always & Forever Bridal Boutique has friendly staff, beautiful selection of Gowns and Prom dresses, great customer service. I was desperate to find the perfect prom dress for my daughter, after many hours of trawling the shops we found nothing.
Luckily we found AlwaysandForever on the wedding directory www.Weddingkeepsakes.co.uk it was the first shop we looked in and the last.
We found the most stunning dress for my daughter when she tried it on it really took my breath away.

A nice boutique who have loads of choice - they advised me to try a dress on that was not 'me'. I ended up with that as my chosen dress..its fab. Follow their advice because I feel like it is the nicest dress ever.. The accessories are fab as well. In fact I got virtually sorted in there. They should do an underwear section too.
The owners are so friendly and bubbly you could spend a long time in their shop and not realise it.
Very professional and reassuring.. nothing was too much trouble.

I was visiting the Always & Forever Bridal Boutique in St. Helens with a friend. I was on a budget of £300, and every bridal shop I went to, I was practically laughed out of. They recommended buying a bridesmaid dress and having it made in white, which I wanted. I waited 3 months for it to be made, and it's fab! Every one that has seen it can't believe it only cost £195. A bargain!! And it looks like a "real" wedding dress.

They helped me out when I thought all hope was lost of me getting my dream dress. Being a size 18 myself, I had been so intimidated by the bridal shops I'd been to, I just put off getting my dress and planned everything else for the wedding. I agree with this review because...I HAVE ALSO HAD HAD THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT THIS SHOP. LOOKS A SMALL SHOP UNTIL YOU STEP INSIDE, IT IS LIKE A TARDESS AND THEY HAVE BEAUTIFUL DRESSES. THE GIRLS ARE FRIENDLY,HELPFULL AND GIVE YOU LOTS OF HELP AND IDEAS WITH PLANNING YOUR WEDDING. YOU MUST GIVE THEM A VISIT WHEN SEARCHING FOR YOUR GOWN.
