“Next Day Delivery! Yeah Right!!”

Ordered an item on Friday afternoon, before 4 PM as there delivery terms and conditions dictate. Expected delivery on the Monday following. No show.......order status.....NEW. Sent an email to complain and to ask for a refund of at the next day delivery charge. “not worth a penny”

When you have no prescription you can receive advice from one of their online doctors, which costs £25. There advice, is less helpful than the free advice you can get from a local pharmacy. 
The doctor only wrote about 10 words basically "Take some paracetamol and if your condition gets worse see your local GP" thats what I paid £25 for. I Explained in the questionaire completed that I had a severe chest infection, which was not improving. The reason I used them was to get back to work...

I am sorry that the service was not helpful. I have spoken with the Dr about your case and he has advised that it was clinically not safe to treat your infection. The advice he gave was the safest thing for you and that has to be the main consideration. I am sorry that you did not find the service helpful. I have spoken to the Dr and he has advised that it simply was not clinically safe to treat you, and that has to be the first consideration. He gave the advice that was safest for you. I can see however that you do not see that what has been offered is value for money, so please contact us and we will provide a full refund.

Have now recieved a full refund from pharmacy2u and would like to add that there customer support are quick to address any issues. Would be hesitant to use their service in the future unless they change their policy to only charge when a prescription is issued.

First they state that any prescription item (that they sell at 3 times the normal price) will not incurr any delivery charge, then they impose a £3.25 charge anyway, then they call to say it will be £5.99 for next day delivery & if you don't pay then we take no responsability for the item not arriving in a fit state!!!!! I really don't know what has happened to this company lately. I have been using P2U for repeat prescription services for many years - not my choice but the choice of my GP's surgery. It used to be that my medication was delivered the very next day after my GP approved it - those were the days! “They think a 6 month wait for Ibuprofen is ok!”

They ran out of 400mg Ibuprofen tablets and think a 6 month wait is ok? I think not! It wasn't the fact they ran out that bugged me, it was their apparent lack of interest and general unhelpfulness which I found annoying. I have been a Pharmacy2U customer for years, but this incident and the way it has been handled has left me feeling quite put out. I ordered goods and paid extra for next day delivery thinking that would be the case. I waited for nearly two weeks for my goods as they were out of stock. There should have been notification straight away that item was out of stock rather than making one pay extra for next day delivery. Website not the best looking, but this company had ALL the products we needed which not even the major street chemists had. Prices are OK, not heavily discounted but not above the RRP either. My only grip was that the company stated free delivery over a certain value order. I had a big order so hit this limit easily, but was then charged a fee for delivery anyway as the physical size of the order (i only ordered creams) was classed as 'heavy and bulky'. I was advised by Paxton cold cap manufactures to use a 5.5ph shampoo following my chemo and cold cap (to reduce hair loss associated with chemo). “Sperm Count Home Test”

I bought this test, as my with and i had been trying for a baby for a few months unsuccesfully. I performed the test and the repeat test, both showing that i was infertile. Needless to say we were both very distraught. Booked into see the doctor, had tests, and was told my sperm count was high. We happily found out a week later that my wife is now pregnant. “Is not black - it's brown - not suitable for jet black...”

Having jet black hair, i needed a dry shampoo that didn't leave the tell-tale grey dusty look. Having searched high and low, i was delighted when i finally found Batiste dry shampoo in black on this website. The image said quite clearly that it was for black hair so I immediately ordered 2 tins. The product that arrived was for dark or brown hair - not black as advertised. After registering with Pharmacy2U, a very small number of customers have received unwanted and unsolicited emails offering pharmacy products. We fully understand why these emails may be inconvenient, concerning and perhaps distressing. We can categorically assure you that Pharmacy2U does not sell our customer email addresses to any third party company, especially those advertising such drugs. It is actually illegal in the UK to advertise these kind of prescription only medicines, and we have been working with the our solicitors and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society to have these sites banned from selling to the UK. Pharmacy2U takes significant measures to ensure customer data is protected, including the use of multiple antivirus and firewall solutions, encryption of key data and network design which is tested by specialist security companies.

The most likely cause of these emails is that you have programs which installed themselves on your computer that contain "Spyware". Spyware software is often installed by very devious means and most users will not know if it has been installed. This software can identify what Internet sites you are viewing as well as your email address, and send this information back to the Spyware originators
and to other people who then send you spam emails. We have had a very small number of customers (single figure) who have reported this issue. Upon our advice they ran an anti-spyware utility and discovered their computer did have malicious software installed on it and was sending out information about them to 3rd parties who in turn were sending them spam emails.

If you are receiving such emails relating to Pharmacy products, we hope the following information is of help. Please note this information is the opinion of Pharmacy2U Ltd only and as such is provided on an "as-is" basis without guarantee or warranty. Anti-Spyware
We strongly recommend you download and run ANTI SPYWARE software, some of which are free of charge. “Out of Stock!”

I dont like the practice of offering items for sale that are out of stock and then 'drafgging' it out for weeks with the promise of 'stock due in shortly'.........Help your customers and display your stock status on the website (if you cant manage that at least email straight away to inform you have no stock) (read more)

I think this is not your fault(but of post service), but anyway it is still a drawback in your quality of service because I think that if you hace a tracking system you should know if the package arrived correctly.
