The delivery will get to you on time but thats the only thing good about purchasing from house of Fraser online. I bought a product online and they shipped the wrong item, i have since been trying to get a refund for this item. A month and 6 phone calls later i have still have received my refund. The next day I had an email to say the item was not available and I was being refunded but it would take 10 days. “Guildford store experience”

Me and my husband went for shopping at the Guildford store for some knives. As we entered the ground floor department and were heading for the lifts to take us to the 3rd floor, an assistant ran from the counter all the way to the lift door and opened the doors before we even reached the doors, for my husband to wheel me through to the lift. “Beware of using EVouchers!”

I hate to give House of Fraser even one star. I have been a customer with their loyalty scheme for 13 years and today closed my account. I spent £300 on items and sent one back which amounted to £100. I used an voucher for £20 and thought that they would take that off the other items. Nope they refund me all but £20 which they send as another voucher. “Never buy from HoF”

I ordered a rowing machine from HoF (Aquo Magnetic Folding Rower). It was delivered promptly, but when it came it needed assembly, and had useless instructions. “Poor customer care”

Now been left with no sofa for over a week due to HOF cancelling the day before original delivery. It's left my wife trying to breast feed our baby on the floor for over a week. Tried to complain, all I got is section 5.3 of the T&C leave us able to mess you about for 4 weeks either side of delivery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM whatsoever. I bought a merino wool grey sweater at House of Fraser in Plymouth in last week of October 2014 for my son's birthday on 13th December. The sweater was priced at £40, this included 10% off the original price of £50. I recently purchased a red Typhoon bread bin from house of fraser online, I opted to pay by paypal and had it delivered to my nearest store for pick up. House of Fraser don't run their storcard system. A company called Newday does. Here's my sorry story......
