I recently purchase black and brown Tommy Hilfiger belts size 32" waist online as presents for my son. Unfortunately these turned out to be too large. I returned them to the Oxford Street store today and as they were unable to find the correct size they refunded the money to my debit card. “Where's My Refund!!!”

Ordered a bottle of perfume online from HOF.com on 27th November 2014 for £61.20. Money was taken by HOF from my account less than 24Hrs later. Item arrived on 4th December 2014 and was returned to HOF the same day via "CollectPlus". Item was collected the following day with a Tracking Number stating that the item was back with HOF by the 06th December 2014. “Christmas calamity!!”

Used the H.O.F. online sales for perfume that they only stock in one store and make-up, all for a christmas present. Paid extra for the next day delivery service and the day the items were supposed to arrive, i received an email saying they had refunded me for one item due to it being out of stock. I have just recently purchased a rather expensive handbag from the Glasgow store and I completely felt that the sales assistant was judging me solely on my appearance. I had just finished work and was going in to buy a Christmas present. I made an order and was given a delivery date, the item never arrived so 2 days later I chased it. UK Mail website still had delivery down for 2 days earlier. I emailed House of Frasers customer support team to receive email back saying the goods had been damaged in transit and were being returned to them. Refund would be made on arrival. “Worst shopping experience”

As a newlywed I found shopping for furniture for our new home enjoyable, until I had to deal with House of Fraser and their concession departments. Terrible service from House of Fraser - my eVoucher details were correctly entered, entered my credit card details to pay the balance of the order. The FULL amount was debited from my credit card which resulted in an overlimit fee from my credit card company.
