Good Points: Good customer service
Bad Points: It blocks up easily and is difficult and fiddly to clear out.
General comments: Have sent my Bosch BX32100GB back once and got a replacement. Pretty disappointed and will be sending this one back hopefully for a refund before buying a dyson instead.
