Works well initially but rapidly looses suction. The hepa filter get clogged quicklly and has to be cleared after every room. totally impractical so its been chucked away.

This is cleaner is rubbish. I have had it for 3 weeks and it is going back!
I bought it as it was recommeded for getting up pet hair but the floor nozzles are constantly blocking.
You have to get your hands in the cannister to empty it as the hairs block that too.
I wouldn't have given it any stars at all if the site would let me do that.
The worst I have ever bought!

Bought for the HEPA filter and the bagless system (to save on cost of bags/filters. Works great if the box is emptied and the filter cleaned regularly. Powerul motor that sucks up eveything.
Emptying and cleaning is a messy job so I'll be going back to a bagged hoover for my next purchase.
The hose split and I had to cut/reglue back to the plastic at the hoover end. Maybe as I used to pull the hoover across the carpet by the hose. I'd expect the hoover to cope with this stress however.
One of the plastic wheels has disintegrated. I've just realised where these broken fragments were coming from.
The floor-tool has also broke.
I guess I can't complain after 4 years regular use. However I expected better durability since my previous hoover, a Dolphin lasted me close to 10 years.

The Electrolux Z7315 is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever had the displeasure to own. It's now 12 months old and i told myself I would give it a whole year before reviewing it. The motor has burnt out once already quoting "engine clogged full of dirt". There is a filter at the end of the pipe which seems to catch everything and wrap itself around instantly , drastically reducing the suction power. Very little dirt actually makes it into the catch area. I only have carpet and stairs and landing x 2 and empty and clean the filter at least 3 times during this very short vacuuming task. It is such a chore that everytime i do it I tell myself I WILL NOT use it again and must get a decent cleaner. Do not waste your money on this. It's been repaired once under warranty. Absolute 0/100 points al round although it does fir neatly under the stairs

My Electrolux Z7315 lost suction after seconds of turning on...which results in having to go clean its insides out every time for another 10secs of suction...and what would normally take 5mins to hoover now takes 15mins.

I would avoid this Electrolux Z7315 at all costs unless you enjoy getting on your hands and knees over a bin and brushing clouds of dust out of a filter every time you vacuum!

Shame as it was a good price and a nice machine. we used the brand new spare filter after the first one clogged and the second filter became blocked almost as quickly on the same carpet that had just been vacuumed!!

My Z7315 stopped working, Checked all filters and fuse. Machine is quite warm to the touch. Have left standing for 30" still no luck. Is there a thermal switch?
