I tried to buy something on the website, couldn't and so I called reserved. The only thing was they sent me to the wrong store for the reservation. It took me 40 mins to get to the store. on arrival I was told it was the wrong store. They were unhelpful. I called the helpline and I should complain there was no compensation and barely an apology. I now have to travel back where I started and 40 mins further on. I'm going next door to Argos. A waste of two hours. (read more)

I want to warn people not to buy the Google Nexus 7. Asus the company who make them are really unhelpful and the cost of a repair to the glass is more than the cost of a new one. They have no UK branches so it will be sent to Asia. It seems a good buy but the glass breaks easily. Ours broke after one month and the warranty does not cover glass. Now I cannot even recharge it and the company cannot tell me the cost of repairing it until I send it to Asia. So I have wasted £199. A disposable... (read more)

I ordered a washing machine from Curry's with the installation and removal add on option. When they called to give me an order update they mentioned that since I had not disconnected the old machine prior to their arrival they could not install the new machine or remove the old one. This was not clear when ordering from the website and seems highly counter intuitive. Eventually after much cajoling they agreed to install the machine but when it arrived it would not fit in my kitchen as the... (read more)

If ever a company / organisation deserves to go down the pan, it surely has to be this mob of charlatans. Let me explain. Friday 3rd May 2013 at 3pm I receive a phone call from an agitated 80 year old mother to say that her fridge / freezer has given up the ghost after many years of service and could I help her in sourcing a new appliance asap as there were 4 drawers worth of frozen foodstuffs to hopefully salvage. Very simple requirements - cabinet style f/f, 50/50 split, white finish.... (read more)
