Ordered goods on the 28/10/16 open ended delivery, they kept trying to deliver without me asking them to. Tried to talk to Customer Services, total waste of time - there is no service!!!! Asked to speak to a Manager - Yeah Right, no chance. Asked for money back - still waiting!!! Spent over four hours on the telephone in total and got nowhere. “Very poor online ordering and service”

I ordered a hifi for my daughters Xmas last Saturday with delivery into store on Monday. Arrived Monday to be told I am wrong its 3 to 5 days. Called service line today to be told we need to pass you to online service (after 40 mins) online service said we can confirm its at store, i asked that they check, then told its lost in transit. I wanted to order an Ipad Air keyboard for my daughter urgently as hers had broken. I reserved one on there online websites and was told that I could collect it from Beckton in a few minutes. I received an email confirmation but when I went to the store I was told it was out of stock despite the fact that it had told me it was in stock on there website. “Currys POOR POOR customer service”

Where do I start, The website- after trailing through the site to find an oven I put in my basket and then tried to order- open an account put credit card information in press order and "Computer says No"- item not available. “Hotpoint Tumble Dryer”

I bought a Hotpoint tumble dryer today from Currys in Newry, got it home plugged it in, it started to produce smoke within seconds. I contacted Hotpoint and they said to return it to Currys and they would replace it. “they are consistantly inconsistant”

This applies to every shop in a 5o mile radius of my home. Curry's staff expect all of their customers to be idiots. Each time whilst looking for an item in 7 shops their staff do not have the same answer where it is a straight forward question. They then avoid this by saying, I will ask my manager. The sale of goods act -fit for purpose does not seem to be offered to staff where training is required. “Dangerous Know How Driver”

My wife has just been almost driven off the road by a "Know How" !!!! Curry's driver at 7pm on 1/11/16 in Blagdon, North Somerset, his reg no. is GF63N??. He was driving so fast approaching the narrow stretch of the High St. he was unable to stop which should constitute dangerous driving especially in a 30mph limit and small village. went into local branch on Monday. Ordered fridge, washing machine and freezer in graphite. The freezer and fridge were badly damaged. I arranged for these to be replaced. Wednesday morning my items were redelivered one was the wrong colour. I am now waiting for my 3rd delivery tomorrow lord knows what will happen. after spending 1 hour trying to order a fridge, freezer, washing machine and oven my bank blocked my card as they have had trouble with fraud at currys !!! so then on the phone to my bank for almost an hour all sorted with them so I called currys back to try and order over the phone and again could not take payment ! told me to try the next day. 24hrs later I try again the fridge I was going to get has gone up by £40 and the washing machine is no longer available so a new order is now £100… Read Full Review

Ordered an American Style Daewood Fridge/Freezer on 25th September in store. It was out of stock but got a text less than a week later with a delivery date - October 7th. My wife (self employed) took the day off, we got a text just after 7pm saying delivery between 3.10 & 7.10pm - perfect! Just don't bother going to Currys in Colchester, their customer service along with the 'Know How' team are the worst i have ever experienced. They never call you back, they don't know their products and they really don't care if you have any problems. Don't bother calling the store - they won't pick up. Don't bother calling the central support number unless you like listening to hold music for an hour. Save yourself a world of hassle and cost and just go somewhere else.
