I wish I could give zero stars. We've been to Currys three times in the past year, twice for a specific item, once to browse. On all three occasions it's taken time and effort to get hold of a member of staff to ask for a particular product on display. In all three cases we've then been told the product is out of stock. “Warranty Repairs - Don't Bother!”

Canon camera stopped working so took in to the Currys store I purchased it from 3 months previously. They sent it away. After 5 weeks I had heard nothing so tried to phone them. No details available on the 'Knowhow' tracking service. Phoned their sales channel (only way to get through to a person) and he mailed the store to contact me. “Terrible delivery service”

The delivery team showed no respect to your properties, all they were interested in was to get the job done as quick and as easy as possible ending up with my scratched floor board. “Worst company ever!”

Ordered a cooker and paid for delivery and installation and when it came the delivery men reeked of canabis and just left the cooker in the living room saying they couldn't install it. Obviously they were incapable of installing it which shows how poor of a company curry's actually is employing anybody. It then took me 30 minutes on the phone to apply for my refund which will take 5 working days. PURCHASED FRIDGE FREEZER, PAID EXTRA £55 TO HAVE THE DOORS SWAPPED AROUND AND TAKE OLD F/F AWAY. “Waste of money”

I recently purchased a washing machine from Currys. I paid for the removal of my old machine and the fitting of the new one. With much huffing and puffing it was fitted,the dishwasher pipe removed spilling dirty water over the cupboard , the "fitter" then trapped his finger when pushing the machine in. During the first wash the machine banged loudly. My husband checked the level and it was at an angle,something the fitter did not check. “They keep my £585 for the online return.”

I bought a £585 drone from Currys online shop. By the time it arrived I changed my mind and decided to go for even more expensive option so I have called the Currys customer service the same minute the original drone came and organized the return by next day courier collection. It is now 2 weeks since the £585 drone has been collected and there is no sign of the refund. I received a parking ticket for my length of stay when the store closed and it was late at night. Being a regular customer at Curry's, I emailed and ask them to appeal this as the signage is poorly lit at night and the fact that the store was closed. I received a email back saying that they "couldn't help as the car park is owned by a private company" I found this to be a massive inconvenience as I expected help from Curry's as being a regular customer. Bought a kenwood gas cooker.Oven doesnt cook food properly.burns bottom of food. Despite being promised a replacement cooker.Currys customer complaints department went back on their word.Said kenwood.An engineer came out and found no fault with oven.All he did was check thermostat worked properly.Doesnt mean the oven works properly to cook food.Problem i think is that burners not at back of cooker but more toward centre at bottom of oven. Bought a washing machine online from Currys. The day it was delivered it made a terrible noise. Sounded like it was going to explode. Called customer services - an hour later I was guided through some eronous instructions and told to switch the machine of for a few hours to allow it to reset. Tried it again a few hours later, surprise, suprise - still making a terrible noise. Called again. 30mins later I am informed I have to wait until next week for an engineer. “product care rip off”

We purchased a £1500 philips LED TV and were persuaded to also purchase the care plan with the promise of like for like or same value TV replacement. Roll on a few years and a lot of care plan payments later the TV broke.
