I send my Samsung TV for repair on 22 Jan and suppose to be delivered back on 27 Jan but got aa call back evening 26 Jan saying a member from Tech team will call me back same day or next to rectify the fault as they can't find any even though I got pictures of the multiple faults. Very poor customer service skills attitude appalling, still went ahead and bought a fridge freezer which she wanted to deliver two days later asked for the following week received confirmation txt delivery slot came and went rang up re booked for following day as they apparently didn't have any in stock. “Poor service and sales information.”

Bought a dishwasher from Curry's. Paid a considerable fee for delivery, fitting and removal of old dishwasher. Asked sales staff if I had to do anything. Answer was "No, the engineer will sort everything out". First delivery date was not possible.Spent 25 mins on hold before I could rearrange delivery. “Abseloutly misleading salespeople and unhelpful...”

Bought a Kenwood American style fridge freezer from Curry's at Deepdale in Preston last week. Since it was on display and the 'sales' person told us he couldn't reorder any more I asked if we could buy the showroom one. It turned out we could, but would still have to pay the full price as it had never been used and was still as new. Twice now I have been to Currys Retail Park Huddersfield. First time to look at a new laptop (wallet in hand). I could not attract the attention of a sales assistant despite many wandering about.The sales desk operator said he would find someone.Nobody appeared after 10mins so I left wallet still in hand. Fistly, the sales assistant was only concerned with trying to sell insurance on the washing machine we bought so he incorrectly took down the email address and failed to correct it when it was pointed out. He then incorrectly took down a mobile number( which we didn't notice at the time) which meant that the delivery driver who "apparently" turned up to our house couldn't contact us to say he was here. “LEARN SOME MANNERS !”

After buying a lovely camera from Currys Bangor North Wales I found out I had some how mislaid the receipt so I phoned them and because I had paid by card they said come on in and we will give you a copy .Very pleased with the telephone conversation I didn't expect to be met by Godzilla ! My wife bought a sound bar from meadowhall retail park and asked for help carrying to the car (in their car park) to which she had a sharp replay 'well where too'! at that point my wife said it does not matter if i'm putting you out! she carried this sound bar out limping it on her foot! told me this after i'd opened it for a Christmas present. I bought a "BRAND NEW" OLED TV from Currys at Teesside Retail Park, COST £1299, WHEN I TOOK DELIVERY I discovered that the TV had probably been used as demo or was a return. It had been out of the box and re-packed, badly. This is from Currys who warned me not to buy from another large retailer as I would probably end up with a returned or demo item ..... I have used Currys both online and in-store and I am not using them again. Every, and I am mean every product that I have bought has had to be returned because it hasn't worked or has been damaged. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and returned. My parents have had the same problem. Customer service charges you 5p a minute and you are kept waiting for 10 minutes. Purchase £500+ Grundig fridge, the lug on the egg shelf broke after 6 months. Curry's were very poor and it took me a couple of calls to chase them. they then fobbed me off to Grundig who had no interest in helping. Pathetic service. Will be shopping via John Lewis from now on… Read Full Review

From beginning to end, this is quite possibly my worst retail experience EVER. Bought a new fridge freezer last weekend from Curry's at Bridge of Dee, Aberdeen.
