Umm - where can I even begin! Bought a computer which crashed after a week - unable to log in and just left with a blank screen. “Dreadful”

I attended the store at Hedge End today with a view to buying a Fuji Camera. This is a large retail store but there was nobody available to assist me in my purchase. The shop was not busy at all and there was group of 4-5 members of staff standing talking. When I approached them to ask for assistance I was told someone would be with me shortly. “Absolutely despicable rude lying theives”

Cant be bothered to write detail of our experience. Will rip you off with lies rudeness and down right despicable customer services. No delivery or collection as agreed. Pay in store in cash they say you havent. Will ruin your house on installs and what ever you do dont let your elderly relatives or vulnerable people shop there. “I Paid for Discontinued Memopad”

I chose a Asus Asus memo pad 8 on 6th August and paid for it alongwith a guarantee agreement and knowhowcloud on the proviso that I could pick it up from Currys PC world on 8th August. I had purchased a laptop from currys, tunbridge wells. Read into the know how care plan but decided it was good cover for the price, and the laptop was expensive. Of course, something did go wrong with my laptop. The screen ended up damaged, I was a bit skeptical about the care plan as there are a lot of negative reviews. “Non-existent service”

Terrible. The only thing the staff seemed interested in selling was insurance for products that already come with warranties. In addition, the stove we bought required a dedicated plug socket. We were not told this in store so when KNOWHOW came to install the stove (which Curry's charged us £100 for) they were unable to do so as we need to get the electrician in again. I went to my local Southampton store which is 5 mins from my house to buy a freezer. After hanging around in the store for 20 mins finally got service. The store was not busy about 3 people browsing. After 10 mins of the sales woman not being able to place the order the manager told us to go to Hedge End which is 30 mins up the motorway. “worst place to buy from !!”

I bought 3 new kitchen appliances from currys one being my washing machine, which didn't work from day one, called currys to be told I wasn't putting correct weight of washing in it wont do a load if its not heavy enough, 3weeks later they agreed to take it back after an engineer said it was faulty the water pump also the drum, that was 2 weeks ago and I'm STILL waiting on my refund to buy another machine. We purchased a Nikon camera in January, camera failed just after the 28 day!!!! exchange policy, contacted currys customer helpline absolute waste of time, was told could take back to store to exchange as told by them, only to get there and be told it had to be sent away for repair which takes up to 7-10 days after 4 attempts to call branch and no return calls and emails, I went back into the store after 21 days of waiting long story short basically lost my camera and it is no longer in stock… Read Full Review

My new Cannon Carrick cooker is not the same as the one I looked at in the store. The enamel looks as if it has been sandblasted! and is rough to the touch. The one in the store was shiny. The grid in the grill pan had the thin layer of chrome peeling off when it arrived and I am still waiting for the replacement in the post. The quality is poor and I would not recommend it. Currys service is appalling. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I visited the branch in Crayford and spoke to woman who was about 50 years old, with blonde hair and glasses. She was very belittling towards me and had a terrible attitude. I tried to talk to a manager about it and he didn't take any notice and was very dismissive. Omg I have had awful service at Crayford couldn't agree more the manager lacks basic people skills and arrogantly told me I won't find cheaper. I promptly said, you'll find people don't normally mind paying a little bit extra to get good customer service, a no quibble return policy and polite service.

Had a text to say it was on the way, perfect so far, but then had a call to say the item was damaged and said they would be in touch with a new delivery date.
