    Good Points: Carpets come up like new and it is easy to use.


    General comments: Very easy to use and does what it says it can. Plenty of attachments for most tasks but broke down after using 3 times.
    After using the Bissell 7920 ProHeat Pro-Tech 3 times (in a year) it needs to be repaired as belt motor stopped working, at £45 plus any parts. It also leaves puddles where it stands. Cleaning too, is not a simple task
