    Only used the Harlequin saute pan twice it went brown in one side of pan, I only tried saute potatoes !!! Have been unable to use it since went back to the hardware chain store to report the problem along with my guarantee and was told to clean it with lemon and salt it hasnt made any difference to the pan it is now redundant on top of my kitchen cupboards, I have saucepans by Judge which has been great. I purchased the pan in February 2009.
