    I must admit I was a bit sceptical about ordering from The Beautiful Company as I have not heard of you before and I have only ordered one or two things over the internet before so am quite new to this idea! But having received my wedding rings and seen how efficient you are (keeping me up-to-date, quick delivery etc) I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and will keep you in mind when looking for other jewellery.     I would not recoment this company to anyone, the provide bad customer service they lady who answers the calls is rude and does not know how to listen to a customer's problem. She provided me with the wrong information on how to send the ring back that i brought so now the ring is lost in the post and they will not give me a refund which has resulted in me taking my complaint further, so trding standers are now involved as well as BJA Cheif Execuetive.     Ordered two rings. Both incorrect. One was the correct style but incorrect size. The other incorrect size and wrong finish. Ordered two polished Titanium rings, same style, two different sizes. Received one polished, one satin.

    Sent the satin one back, kept the polished one even though it was the incorrect size(partner was planning to wear it on a necklace anyway).

    I ordered diamond ring from The Beautiful Company on the 1st of July. I received the ring at the end of the month but I had to send it back because the craftmanship was not beautiful. The Problem is that I have not received their refund yet. It's been two weeks since they have received the ring back and I'm still waiting for my money!!!
