    ordered an engagement ring, fantastic value and quality! there was a fault with the ring but another ring was posted asap after i had spoken to the customer services. excellent service would recomend to friend.

    Good value for money,fast service,helpful customer services,competative prices and good aftercare if there's a problem.I've used Gerald Online Jewellery a few times and have no complaints and will use them again

    The prices seem fairly competitive, and with an additional discount they can be pretty hard to beat elsewhere if you looking for the standard, commerical quality diamond jewellery. Packaging and gift wrapping was not very impressive, but delivery was fast.
