    Good Points: The staff were amazing and one even emailed from her mobile on her day off to make sure I received my ring.


    Bad Points: None


    General comments: I received my ring on Saturday and it is perfect. I have never ever received such brilliant customer service anywhere before and would not hesitate recommending Amplian to all my friends and family. The staff are so helpful and really made my day by ensuring my ring arrived on the day I requested which was 2 weeks before the expected delivery date so I was quite cheeky trying to get it earlier!

    The web site was extremely easy to use with all the information required readily available.
    All enquiries were dealt with quickly and professionally.
    The ring purchased was beautifully finished, presented and documented as described on the web site.
    The delivery of the ring was delayed by a few days which was disappointing however this would not deter me from purchasing from Ampalian in future.

    Able to review a good choice of jewellery online wirh good pictures. The price of the item I purchased was definitely at a fair price when compared with a similar item seen in a high street store.
    Follow up emails on an ongoing basis reassure as to the progress of the order. No money was taken until delivery, the item arrived a few days later than originally indicated.

    Even with the bad point taken into consideration Ampalian kept me well informed as to the state of play and when the item I ord ...

    I have bought goods online before and was a little nervous at first but Ampalian had a huge choice of rings and the pictures showed me exactly what I was buying. I called the company several times and the staff were always helpful and courteous. I ordered a Pink Sapphire ring just 7 days ago and the goods arrived already in very attractive packaging. Thank you Ampalian. I will be back.

    I found Ampalian Jewellery through a recommendation from a friend. I would certainly buy from them again as the collection they have was far better than I could find in the high street and the staff were very helpful. I purchased a Ruby platinum ring for an anniversary and this arrived today all wonderfully packaged and great quality.

    Very impressed with the choice of jewellery on offer and chose a Diamond Eternity ring (full). The website is fairly easy to use (great search box by the way) and I was able to pinpoint exactly what I was after. Today I have received the ring and it is exactly what I was looking for. Ampalian have taken quality of service and value for money to another level in my opinion. I was unable to find the same ring (with same quality) anywhere near the price I paid.

    I love my ring which was bought as a replacement for a ring that had got damaged. Didn't expect it to arrive early. Would say Ampalian offer very good value for money with an extensive choice for just about every occiasion. Would buy from again and reccommend to others too.

    I ordered a diamond eternity ring which I chose from a large selection on Ampalian. The staff kept me fully informed as the ring was being made. It arrived today (a week earlier than expected) in very presentable packaging. Thanks Ampalian, the ring is beautiful and a special thanks to the staff who were very helpful.

    Same story as others. Given a dispatch date of 25th January for an engagement ring. Sent 2 messages reminding them I was going on holiday on 1st Feb. Holidays been and gone. No reply, still waiting. Will be contacting my bank on Monday.

    I am still waiting for my wifes eternity ring. The delivery date has been and gone and I have not received any e-mails from them regarding this. I have sent numerous e-mails to them but none have been replied to yet.
    I have attempted to contact their customer service dept and the phone is either diverted to a fax machine or a full up message box so unable to leave a message.
    I do not recommend.

    I ordered a ring as a Christmas present for my husband on 17 Dec and promised delivery by 25 Dec. I am still waiting for the time. All of my emails have been ignored and I was not able to telephone as no one answers and the voice mail was full up so was unable to leave a message - it's probably full of people complaining. I am now attempting to get my money back via my credit card company.

    The dates of delivery of the engagement ring that I ordered from Ampalian came and went, and I have not received a response to e-mails, and ultimately had to chase up the refund of a nearly £1k ring. It took me 2 months to resolve.
