    Good Points: The website is clear and easy, the prices are competitive


    Bad Points: I ordered a bottom bracket and got a confirmation email. However, as opposed to what was stated on the website and the confirmation email, they were out of stock and did not notify me in any way whatsoever about the fact that I were not going to receive this part. This meant that my project got delayed by one week.


    General comments: This website seems to be competent and high quality, however, the 'I cannot be bothered' attitude - both reflected in the very poor communication as well as, more directly, by the person in the call centre who clearly did not care in the least, (nor did he apologize), makes this shop a clearly demarcated no-go area for me in the future.

    Great bike, I would definatly put the Specialized Rockhopper Disc 07 in to consideration for '£650 after looking at other bikes for that money
