    Lonnie Cooper of Absolute Mortgage handled two refinances for us. His response back time is incredible -- he followed through with everything he said, in an exceptional timely manner. From start to finish, Lonnie was on top of things. We live in California and couldn't have had any better service than if we had a face-to-face agent. I recommend Absolute Mortgage, but especially Lonnie, to anyone I know who needs a mortgage or refinance.

    I just finished a purchase mortgage with the Absolute Mortgage Company and I was satisfied with them. I'd reccomend them to my family and friends. I liked their rates and costs. The only thing that I didn't like was that the underwriting rules are harder now than they were the last time that I got a mortgage but I guess that is just the way the economy is going now. I would have gotten more documentation together ahead of time if I knew that the bank they were using would have asked for so much ...

    I signed closing papers today and wanted to take a moment to
    thank Absolute Mortgage for their exceptional Customer Service. They always responded to me in a courteous professional manner on each and every question I had. I know the Taylor Bean issue was out of their control, and they really worked hard to get me another lender quickly, with a reasonable interest rate. The processor was great. She didn't bother me when she didn't need to, but when she needed something quickly she called my cell. ...

    I have used Absolute Mortgage Company several times and my family has as well. Honest company, honest fees, honest rates. I know that they recently had a problem with one of their banks that went out of business but I'm told that this was out of their control.

    Please make sure that you have realistic expectations when it comes to seeking refinancing terms and you are comparing apples to apples. I have used Absolute mortgage for weekly interet rate comps with other guys out there and I refinanced my house with them, 3rd time after working with other companies on previous 2 refis. Absolute is the best out of all of them, you have no surprises in terms of extra cost (in addition to having the lowest processing fee that I have seen to date), the numbers ...

    I worked with Absolute Mortgage Company in the process of refinancing of my home mortgage. They did a fantastic job of responding to the Taylor, Bean, & Whitaker difficulties and I now have a 30 year fixed mortgage at 4.875%.

    From my experience I have concluded that Absolute Mortgage is a solid company that was blindsided by Taylor, Bean, & Whitaker.

    Absolute Mortgage - Very rude. Not consumer oriented. $$$ is the name of the game. They actually told me that they don't participate in predatory lending. Too bad...I will take my two loans totaling $1200000 in refinancing elsewhere.........I advise you to do the same. Godspeed!

    I got my loan from Absolute Mortgage with low interest (0.25% lower than a local one) and finished closing within one month. They also helped me to waive the appraisal fee since I only refinance half value of my home. My personal experience told me they have the best agents who are honest, with experience, with warm heart, and always willing to help. Absolute Mortgage is a company I can trust, with no any hiding fee.

    Absolutely horrible company. I made an application for mortgage at the beginning of May when the interest rates were at their lowest. Absolute Mortgage Company took my $400 appraisal fee, made me wait for 120 days and then told me that the lender stopped lending. They are also horrible at responding to phone calls and emails.

    I made an application for mortgage at the beginning of May when the interest rates were at their lowest. Absolute Mortgage Company took my $400 appraisal fee, made me wait for 120 days and then told me that the lender stopped lending. What disappoints me so much is the missed opportunity to refinance at a great low rate.

    HORRIBLE company. Absolute Mortgage Company took my appraisal fee after telling me that my loan was approved, made me wait 90 days and then told me that the lender stopped lending.

    Absolute waste of time. Waited months for Absolute Mortgage Company loan to process, lock expired, waited more, to then find out lame excuse that appraisal not acceptable. Absolutely ridiculous. This joke of a company must wait for rates to drop below lock rate to make money off of customers. Rates up, they don't follow through.

    Absolute Mortgage Company took almost three months and never got the deal closed. My credit score is over 800, and the only debt I have is the house with a LTV of 75% and a DTI of 18%. They asked for my 2008 W2 4 separate times. They did not respond to calls or emails for several days. They would promise one thing and not deliver. They told me I was approved, then said I wasn't then said they had to start the whole process all over, then took forever to provide status updates and only after rep ...

    I worked with Absolute Mortgage. Not only were the rates low, but they saved me about 500 dollars right before we went to closing when the title company had made a mistake...my wife and I would of never caught it......they delivered on the rate promised and the fee's did not change....when rates improved one day I was given the lower rate and I didn't even have to call....if you are looking for one of the few honest mortgage companies, I recommend give them a call....I referred several family an ...

    Stay away from Absolute Mortgage Company!!!! All they will provide is headaches and frustration!!!!!!!!!!
