Dolphin Bathrooms customer service is fine until they have your money. Then they don't want to know you. They fitted our bathroom less than 2 years ago, and already the shower has broken. They have not answered my e-mails, and when you ring up, they pass you from pillar to post. They don't take resposibilty for their products and don't care anymore. The fitters were excellent and worked hard, but we did have to have them back as they damaged the floor and vanity unit when they were fitted. That' ...

I can honestly say that our bathroom is as good as we hoped it would be, and that is because the fitter was a superb worker. 10 hour days, needed to keep him topped up with tea. The designer and surveyor were of acceptable standard although seemed to take a long time doing their job. This was mainly due to doing a lot of work on their laptops. Unfortunately after sales lets Dolphin down, we waited 2 months just to have a 10 minute job done on a extraction switch and a chipped tile replaced. Phon ...

Avoid dolphin bathrooms like the plague - My Bathroom Started on the 16th June 2008 it was due to take 7-10 days
No it took untill January 2009 before the bathroom was finished but even at that it is still not up to standard.
The plastering is awfull not suitable for painting thats for sure!!!
But the main problem i have is they still have to compensate me for the damage their SUB-CONTRACTED fitters made to my property - They cut my livingroom carpet with a stanley knife and also could not plum ...

Had my bathroom fitted jan 09 and it looks fantastic, although me and my wife read all the reviews Dolphin explained to us that they do fit 50 - 100 every week & that the vast number of jobs are problem free. I would recommend them to anyone, just have an open mind & always ask for a discount epecially if you want a deal on the night, the designers do offer deals, which i found good fun. overall very happy with everything.

Our experience with Dolphin bathrooms was a complete nightmare for us from start to finish. We had to have the first complete bathroom removed including tiles and another one put in due to apparent bad workmanship. Dolphin charged a very high price but I felt they did not provide a high standard. When I had a problem with the products installed by Dolphin I had to contact the company that supplied the parts myself as they took no responsibility.

My job with Dolphin Bathrooms started 2 and a half months ago. I have now been through three sets of fitters. Bathroom has been completely taken out once and re done because was done so badly the first time. Re fit...fitters had to come back 4 times because the tiles on the floor kept moving, grout was missing from numerous places. silicone looks shocking between the bath and wall and in some other places. mosaic tiles where the shower is are not well done...at first they came out of the wall in ...

Problem is that in our area nobody seemed capable of installing a wet room except Dolphin.I feel that the salesman's apparent lack of interest once we had signed and paid should have alerted us to what lay ahead.Their move from Bilston to Manchester meant that the Customer service seemed none existent for us.If we were doing it again and we had known what we know now, then we wouldn't even considered Dolphin.

In my experience of Dolphin Bathrooms, they supplied seemingly poor quality materials and workmanship, and as we had made the mistake of paying the balance when the materials arrived (mandatory requirement we were told) customer service seemed disinterested when we tried to rectify the numerous problems. Fitter turned up at 10.30am and after numerous cigarette breaks and lunch left again at 3.00pm! No wonder they charge so much for labour, it would take anyone else half the time if they worked n ...

I had a special needs bathroom fitted by Dolphin in January 2008. Since then, I have been left without a flushing toilet no fewer than 4 times, once for 12 consecutive days, and an ill-fitting shower cabinet door which had to be repaired twice.

First of all all the bathroom equipment was delivered about a month before the work was done, meaning we had to find space in our flat for tiles, bath etc. I thought the work done by the sub contractor was disappointing, tiles on top of old wood nothing appeared to be sealed properly. Inevitable the bathroom started to fall apart 2 months after it was done. It then took 7 MONTHS OF PHONING EVERY DAY to get someone out to even look at it, after which 2 other rooms in our flat had been damaged by ...

After having the designers from Dolphin Bathrooms come round we were very pleased with what they offered. But the good points stopped there for me. The delivery of the bathroom was late (promised for a morning, but not turning up until late afternoon) any calls to dolphin and the delivery people involved long periods of being put on hold whenever I called. Then told to expect a call back, which I didn't receive. The date we were told fitters were turning up was wrong. And when they did turn up i ...

Dolphin Bathrooms - In approx 2 months since bathroom has been completed I have had to phone Dolphin numerous times and send various emails and have not received a reply to either as of yet. I feel the after care is very disappointing.

Salesmen seemed very persuasive and using Hard Sell - can only get discount if you sign tonight - LESSON 1 (Never sign anything under pressure)
We had our en-suite done 5 years ago - it cost us around £9000 then, plus interest using their so low monthly payment plan, ending up costing us a lot more. Bathroom didn't look bad, but it took the installer ages to complete - LESSON 2 when they did get back to me, they seemed non very helpful in trying to speed things up and why would they be? ...

I think the customer service at Dolphin Bathrooms is non-existent and a real disgrace. I found it impossible to get through to a Manager to discuss issues with. The reception staff seemed rude to me and refused to put me through to named contacts. We have no idea when our bathroom will be finished - we just get excuse after excuse.
I found Dolphin Bathrooms to be over priced and sub-standard. DO NOT RECOMMEND using under any circumstances.

The most disappointing company we have used and won't be using them ever again. Initially materials arrived 3 weeks after we ordered bathroom but then the trouble started, getting the installation organised was a nightmare,it took 6 weeks and a letter threatening to cancel the job to get their attention to organise a installation team . Then the fitters discovered the Dolphin surveyor had made some mistakes which meant we had to order different parts thereby further delaying the job. Then of cou ...

Customer service is non-existent. Calls are not returned despite reassurances that a same day call will be made. I have been given four dates so far, each time no-one has contacted me to say the date has changed- it is only when I call Dolphin that I am told of further delays...and I am still waiting for work to begin...oh yes and of course, I have paid the full amount in advance.

If partners were required to be present, this should had been explained during the arrangement of the appointment with Dolphin Bathrooms. A person should not be made to feel inferior if their partner can not be present.

We are very unhappy with our bathroom. Some fittings appear to be good quality however our bathroom is not yet completed after a year. customer services are appalling. We have had (so far) 4 fitters, been left with chipped tiles, incorrectly assembled items, cracked floor tiles, unsightly plastering, grouting and sealant.

The designer seem very professional and the discounts the sales staff spouted seemed very good. However, the top line price that they then discount is astronomically stupid price. We were quoted [get ready] £25000.00 for a new suite (and shower), half tiled walls, tiled floors, a new radiator and light fittings. This was NOT for an elaborate bathroom, with whirl pools baths and water fall bath taps and the like, it was for a basic suite with an acrylic bath. I new they were going to be exp ...
