    Apalling, terrible, disgraceful. After sales service non existent. When the shower wouldn't drain away we were told the area manager would come and check it out - 16 telephone calls and 5 months later it got mended (no I'm not joking). Never did get to meet the area manager as he didn't come when he said he would, not happy having taken a day off work to meet him and no call to say he wouldn't be able to make it. Original fitter very nice but messed the job up never the less. Had a great guy come and sort all the problems out over the last 6 months - just seen him again actually mending the leak up there. Room underneath bathroom now needs redecorating. I'm usually easy going, had Dolphin contacted me to apologise for any of the issues I wouldn't be writing this review. Apparently no good management or no after sales care of any quality, good atributes to have in a recession eh Dolphin?

    Dolphin Bathrooms have been the single worst experience of my life.

    Work began in March 2009 and has so far been attended by 5 separate fitting teams and STILL remains incomplete.

    AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW MY BATHROOM FLOOR HAS A FLOOD 20MM DEEP WHERE THE WET-ROOM WATER WON"T DRAIN.

    Dolphin Bathrooms have been a disaster from the day before they started.
    The Service is appalling, we now have a bathroom stripped out with nothing in it and its not looking as though this will be resolved.

    Weve asked for our money back

    Asked Dolphin for a quote for a complete bathroom replacement. Spoke to them on the phone and made an appointment and had a confirming letter. Nobody showed, nobody rang to explain why. By then I had seen the reviews and counted myself lucky to have escaped. If I could leave no stars then I would.

    Dolphin Bathrooms, would not recommend this company!

    They where.
    1) Where late installing the bathroom
    2) Bathroom has leaked, not once but now onto the 3rd time.
    3) Sealing done done properly leading to considerable water damage
    4) Poor customer service
    5) Poor Warranty offer on labour
    6) Tiling and grouting of a very poor quality

    Before considering using this company, I would suggest:

    1) Read reviews on the internet
    2) Ask (frankly) the opinion of indepentant plumbers

    The design & survey process from Dolphin Bathrooms was good. Yet the installation for us has been a disaster. The list of problems is long, but was most disappointing was their contractors attempts to hide the problems, including stuffing a towel into the back of the toilet to mask it was leaking. I would recommend anyone considering this company to think again.

    It started off so well with dolphin bathrooms - very informative sales guy, and willing to settle on a price that suited us. We were told we'd be assigned a Project Manager who would help and advise in the case of any problems. The surveyor did identify some challenges and suggested work rounds before the job started. The fitter is great - works hard and has had to create a significant number of work rounds because the original design won't work and the surveyor missed a few key issues. BUT - an ...

    Warns people not to use the Dolphin bathrooms, as they are clearly not up to the job, Overpriced and poor quality work, you'll be better off looking elsewhere and keeping your sanity.

    Dolphin Bathrooms customer service is fine until they have your money. Then they don't want to know you. They fitted our bathroom less than 2 years ago, and already the shower has broken. They have not answered my e-mails, and when you ring up, they pass you from pillar to post. They don't take resposibilty for their products and don't care anymore.     I can honestly say that our bathroom is as good as we hoped it would be, and that is because the fitter was a superb worker. 10 hour days, needed to keep him topped up with tea. The designer and surveyor were of acceptable standard although seemed to take a long time doing their job. This was mainly due to doing a lot of work on their laptops.     Avoid dolphin bathrooms like the plague - My Bathroom Started on the 16th June 2008 it was due to take 7-10 days
    No it took untill January 2009 before the bathroom was finished but even at that it is still not up to standard.
    The plastering is awfull not suitable for painting thats for sure!!!

    Our experience with Dolphin bathrooms was a complete nightmare for us from start to finish. We had to have the first complete bathroom removed including tiles and another one put in due to apparent bad workmanship. Dolphin charged a very high price but I felt they did not provide a high standard. When I had a problem with the products installed by Dolphin I had to contact the company that supplied the parts myself as they took no responsibility.

    My job with Dolphin Bathrooms started 2 and a half months ago. I have now been through three sets of fitters. Bathroom has been completely taken out once and re done because was done so badly the first time. Re fit...fitters had to come back 4 times because the tiles on the floor kept moving, grout was missing from numerous places. silicone looks shocking between the bath and wall and in some other places. mosaic tiles where the shower is are not well done...at first they came out of the wall in ...

    Problem is that in our area nobody seemed capable of installing a wet room except Dolphin.I feel that the salesman's apparent lack of interest once we had signed and paid should have alerted us to what lay ahead.Their move from Bilston to Manchester meant that the Customer service seemed none existent for us.If we were doing it again and we had known what we know now, then we wouldn't even considered Dolphin.

    In my experience of Dolphin Bathrooms, they supplied seemingly poor quality materials and workmanship, and as we had made the mistake of paying the balance when the materials arrived (mandatory requirement we were told) customer service seemed disinterested when we tried to rectify the numerous problems. Fitter turned up at 10.30am and after numerous cigarette breaks and lunch left again at 3.00pm! No wonder they charge so much for labour, it would take anyone else half the time if they worked n ...

    I had a special needs bathroom fitted by Dolphin in January 2008. Since then, I have been left without a flushing toilet no fewer than 4 times, once for 12 consecutive days, and an ill-fitting shower cabinet door which had to be repaired twice.

    First of all all the bathroom equipment was delivered about a month before the work was done, meaning we had to find space in our flat for tiles, bath etc. I thought the work done by the sub contractor was disappointing, tiles on top of old wood nothing appeared to be sealed properly. Inevitable the bathroom started to fall apart 2 months after it was done. It then took 7 MONTHS OF PHONING EVERY DAY to get someone out to even look at it, after which 2 other rooms in our flat had been damaged by ...

    After having the designers from Dolphin Bathrooms come round we were very pleased with what they offered. But the good points stopped there for me. The delivery of the bathroom was late (promised for a morning, but not turning up until late afternoon) any calls to dolphin and the delivery people involved long periods of being put on hold whenever I called.     Dolphin Bathrooms - In approx 2 months since bathroom has been completed I have had to phone Dolphin numerous times and send various emails and have not received a reply to either as of yet. I feel the after care is very disappointing.
