Fitters were absolute cowboys and after the 7 weeks were up we then had to have another set of fitters in to try and sort out all the problems. We were without a toilet/bath & shower for 5 1/2 weeks. Visit www.dolphinbathrooms.comWe had our bathroom fitted by Dolphin in feb 2010 day after the job finnished the plumbing from the hot water tap on the basin came away and flooded the upstairs landing and then soaked though to the kitchen we have made a number of calls to Dolphin head office and our project maneger and still nothing has been done to the damage coused by Dolpin still waiting now May 2010...

Yes Dolphin were very expensive and the hard sell for hours was draining, yes they did tell me that the work would take 7-10 days and the fitter has been here for 18 days but he has done a great job and was a pleasure to have in the house. He also did some extra work for us (putting up lights and mirrors etc) for no extra charge. The admin however is a total nightmare,...
