I found the YEPP NEU to be extremly user un-friendly. I had to reinstall Jukebox and the YEPP drivers after I bought a new computer and 6 months later I still cant get it to work. I have tried to get information from the Samsung website and it is full of broken links so I cannot get the software, nor could I find a phone number for technical support. I tried on two occaisons to call Samsung's general customer service line and was told the that Portable Audio department was out to lunch and th ...

Just installed and am listening to it now. No problems installing from the CD to Win 2000 pro. Tomorrow I will install on my Mac at work and see what it does. Don't like having to use RealJukebox for uploading music to it but hopefully more MP3 players will support it shortly. The additional smart media card slot is a nice addition considering I can't get a full CD's worth of music into the 32MB internal memory (even at 96kbps). So far I like it a lot...

I has tons of problems loading the driver for this Samsung Yepp-NEU 32 portable MP3 player to Windows 2000 pro. Found one on the net and needed a very highly paid engineer friend to make it work. i found that using the 64KBS quality was not great so bought a 64MB smart card as well and now get 45-50 great quality tracks at 96 using both memory storages. General ratings suffer due to problems with driver. Also does not like real one.

I bought this Samsung Yepp-NEU 32 portable MP3 player on the spur of the moment without doing any market research first as it was pretty cheap compared to other MP3 players I'd seen. I now suspect that the model is discontinued.
The unit seems pretty robust when in the carry case, and weighs almost nothing. I liked the fact that you can disable the controls on both the main unit and the remote control - it might save my kids messing with it and running down the batteries!
My main complaint is ...

I think the sound on the Samsung Yepp-NEU 32 portable MP3 player is very good. I have the problem that I can`t use an AC-DC Adapter or other type of Adapters.
If you know any solution, send me an email: a14388@alpha4.ubi.pt

Had lots of problems connecting my Samsung Yepp-NEU 32 MP3 player to my PC, but the preloaded tracks have great sound quality. I was amazed at how light and small it was, and I love it. The price is fine for the product(£150)
