We waited 10weeks for our sofa to be delivered and after having our sofa delivered (same day) we found that the end peice of our curved Daytona sofa does not connect properly. We have had the delivery guys out to try and bolt it together as a quick fix but as there is no where to put screws they had trouble, they we're told by a manager to push it against the wall.. So far DFS have been brilliant, no hassle sales men keep, asking can I help you, friendly store assistants, sofa arrived well before time, delivery men fantastic, so yes they get my vote........a caveat but from having our sofa two and a half weeks no kids in house we are OAP'S 2 grandchildren that never sit anyway, the seat LEATHER IS STARTING TO STRETCH. I am absolutely disgusted with the service dfs has provided. They have no interested in taking care of customers would never buy from dfs again after the issues I have had with them they are absolutely disgraceful. Spoke to many managers laughing down the phone at my partner telling him he has to deal with the sofas problem, they took months for them to come out to fix our sofa which the fabric was becoming very loose after one day receiving the sofa. “Bad customer service”

Bought a 3 seater and 2 seater after 18months leather had worn on 3 seater. Called store had service manager come out he said its 3rd party contamination your dog has been on the sofa but Insurance will cover it. Called insurance they won't pay out because I didn't phone soon as I noticed it. Turns out the only thing we can do is pay £400 out of our own pocket to have it repaired . “Furniture Protection”

After being sold very expensive insurance that at the time was told would clean, repair, replace if need be, what a load of rubbish, DO NOT BUY!!! What happens is they send you a tin of stuff to clean your own sofa, it does not matter if the stain comes out and the sofa as a blotch!! All they require to do is to get rid of that stain ( or you to get rid) DFS very unhelpful ( why should they be any different, they have your money ) Buyer beware. “sneaky saleman”

I have bought my suite but it won't be delivered for another few months. My complaint is about their salesman. He was extremely nice, offered my friend and I a wee cuppa and we had a great wee banter for 30 minutes or so and then down to business. I wanted a 2 seater amd a 3 seater. “Rubbish furniture. Avoid Avoid Avoid.”

I Purchased a 3 seat and 2 seat sofa an armchair and footstool in June 2014 from Banbury dfs store. Within a few weeks the seats had gone flat and were sagging and very uncomfortable. “Shame There's Not A "No Star" Option”

This company is by far the worse I have ever come across. You only need to read reviews on here to realise that, I had a lengthy one year battle with them to get a full refund which in the end I got thankfully although I am barred from entering a DFS store for life not that I would want to get in there anyway! They sell you furniture that has been thrown together by inexperienced people in warehouses, some abroad and hence why they look bad after one month and fall apart.

We were wrongly advised on the day of sale. Informing us of the quality and the non fuss additional 5 year cover. Within a few weeks our leather started colour transfer from our clothes. So bad infact we have blankets over it. The process to rectify this is beyond belief. We were told during the sale. Just call and we will be out right away. Not at all. Our sofa got delivered today....weeks late after they messed up previously arranged delivery day and times. The driver was hours late, so make sure you take a whole day off work to get your sofa as it won’t be delivered in the 4 hour time slot they give you. The sofa was damaged!!!! It has a rip in the fabric, grrr! So now I have to arrange for these fools to come back and repair it, god knows how long that will take. Do not take any word of dfs get in touch with reslover they do all the letters for you on the internet emailit all free tell dfs you are taking them to court by law they have to give you your money back all so get in touch with trading standards they not got a leg to stand on and send a letter to dfs head office get a copy of your letter and keep that on file in fact set your self a file on all the letters you send them all ways send letters record dlevery hope this help dont stand down to them it will cost you 88 pound to put them in the hands of the county courts and the courts will be on your side
