Choose a sofa from dfs looked lovely, but was told would take eight weeks to deliver as they are made to order, this was fine by me... sofa turned up on time and was delivered and put together by two mixes guy who took any all rubbish. Visited local branch in Paisley, and found what seemed and looked to be a beautiful sofa! Looked great in show room, very plump and cushiony. After sales man got finished telling me how wonderful the sofa was, being made with Itailian leather bla bla bla, and talking me into buying cleaning kit, i went ahead and ordered the £1300 sofa. “The WORST customer service I have EVER received!! ”

After ordering our sofa from DFS we were happy with our purchase. Upon deliver DFS left a hole in our wall (not the end of the world) HOWEVER 3 months later and we are STILL waiting for it to be sorted and money to be compensated. We have received multiple unreturned phone calls and emails, appalling customer service from the majority of people we spoke to and mixed messages from all involved. I had a sofa which was fine but paid nearly £800 for a bed that was an appalling standard. Customer services is dreadful when things go wrong. They want you to take a day so that someone can inspect your faulty furniture and this could be in a weeks time. Poor customer service policy and support. They would not let me cancel the other orders i placed because i was not impressed with quality of the bed I was delivered. “Don't have the insurance”

Store staff were as good as you would expect, furniture came before delivery date so that was good the only thing I regret was taking out insurance against damage. “Wrong Order”

Horrible Place, ordered the Sofa end of January 2017, one 3 Seater and one 2 Seater . Waited 13 weeks and ended up to get two 3 Seater. Be very careful if you are thinking of using dfs at beckon the sales people will try to sell you things you don't need also be prepared to be kept waiting around for along time. Would not recommend DFS if you need your items delivered on time, despite the fact that they told us our items would be delivered within 2 weeks it still took 3 due to incompetence. “Nightmare ”

Took almost 4 months to deliver one simple sofa that took 5 minutes to assemble. Ordered in December, staff in this major East London branch completely incompetent. Insisted on organising site survey, only to have one arranged 2 months later. Had to personally call up and check timings, only to have the survey cancelled because they took 2 hours longer than expected to reach my house, and I couldn't take any more hours off work. “Inferior Quality”

Bought a suite for over £2000 4 years ago. After around 2 years the leather used down the sides of the cushion has started to split and in places the leather seats have worn to a shabby colour. Never realised we had purchased a 5 year fabric cover until was sorting out some old paperwork. What a waste of time every excuse in the book not to come and even look at the problems. “DFS Leather Armchair”

Customer service good which made buying easy. Delivery before expected date. Build and quality of material of armchair poor. Ordered superior leather but this only included on the sitting area of chair. Frame is made of softwood and chipboard and quite rough in finish (thought they used hardwood frames!). Sales people told us large corner sofa would easily break down and get into house - it didn't at all. Two pieces and each would have struggled to get into any normal size door. Ridiculous but okay. “Softy and slipping away cushions”
