<br/>Ms LW128 bought her ring from us on the 27th of October 2007. The way a finger size is measured is by giving the customer a series or rings in different sizes and asking her which does she feel is comfortable and safe to wear , in this case Ms LW128 choose H1/2.

<br/>Our policy at Cool Diamonds is to resize the ring for free within 3 month of the client receiving the ring should the client not be happy with the sizing. We offered our free resize to Ms LW128 but she declined, she insisted against
<br/>our advice to go for beads in the band saying that she did not want the ring resized. This we did for free.
<br/>
<br/>As the customer declined our original advise to resize the ring rather than to add beads in the band we felt it was right when she came back complaining that the beads did not stop the ring from rotating around her finger to charge for her
<br/>new idea of sizing beads to be increased or for a platinum bar to be fitted at the back of the ring.

<br/>Ms LW128 also writes about her request for free cleaning. We do not offer free cleaning of our rings as we sell in excess of 3000 rings a year we would need a to hire extra staff just to deal with this. While this would be easy enough ultimately it would have to be charged to our clients in the form of higher prices. Ms LW128 choose to buy her ring from us at least in part because of our competitive prices. Our solution to this is to sell ultrasonic ring cleaner for GBP65 allowing the ring to be cleaned on a regular basis at home. Ms LW128 also declined our ultrasonic cleaner.
