    I got my engagement ring from Cool Diamonds in 2003. Being a picky bride I was the one researching and selecting the engagement ring and I went for Cool Diamonds because of the rave reviews and the picture on the web of a beautiful modern princess cut rubover setting - my dream ring! The service was fantastic, we selected a diamond to meet our budget and the ring was stunning and it still is. We were so impressed we bought our wedding rings there and I am now looking at the eternity rings 5 years on. The show room we went to seemed a bit hole and corner, but then saving on the overhead are passed on in the price. I would not hesitate to recommend Cool Diamonds

    wary of buying something so costly over the internet, but WOW, the ring is fantastic. Never seen a better diamond. The service was brilliant, and the ring arrived exactly on time. I dont normally leave reviews (too lazy), but this shop deserves it. Thank you for a fantastic engagement ring, all I need to do now is pop the question. Slight problem, we fell out last night..:(

    Excellent, very helpful and friendly staff. My partner and I decided to buy an engagement ring from Cool Diamonds as they had got some really great reviews. They were brilliant from start to finish!We set a budget before we went to pick the ring/diamond and told Cool Diamonds, the nicest thing about them was they didn't try and make us spend a penny more than our budget (almost unheard of in retail!) and they got the best stone that they could for what we were willing to spend.     I have only the nicest things to say about cool diamonds!

    Today I received the ring I ordered and I have to say, WOW!!!

    I had researched buying an engagement ring online and found cool diamonds to be one of the more recommended sites and now I see why.

    This is by far the best diamond I have ever seen. It seems to have a life and brightness of it's own. You have made me a happy man and my fianc e is beside herself.

    I'm always a little unsure when it comes to buying on the internet and so I actually looked up reviews on this store before purchasing! Most were good so I felt confident enough to buy! I'm so glad I did! I picked my engagement ring from cool diamonds and they couldnt have helped me more!     I bought a diamond engagement ring for my wife to be from Cool Diamonds. We were helped in choosing the design and deciding on exact spec of the diamond. All our questions were answered (even the stupid ones) we were not rushed and there was no hard sell. Their range is very extensive and was easily viewable as the screen was projected. Once we decided it took about 2 days for collection. Would definitely recommend!

    The customer below bought her ring from us on the 27th of October 2007. The way a finger size is measured is by giving the customer a series or rings in different sizes and asking her which does she feel is comfortable and safe to wear, in this case she choose H1/2.

    Our policy at Cool Diamonds is to resize the ring for free within 3 month of the client receiving the ring should the client not be happy with the sizing. We offered our free resize to ...

    My fiance and I went to Cool Diamonds, Hatton Gardens, to buy my engagement ring. On the first visit, ie the selling part, the service was unsurprisingly very good. However, the sales person measured my ring size incorrectly and the ring, when it was ready, was far too big (ie size H1/2 instead of G).

    I had to have sizing beads put in. This time another assistant measured my ring size and I left the ring at the showroom. This was when the poor service started.
