do not buy from londonoflinks.co.uk they take your money then don't send your charm! i sent them many emails and they obviously don't speak English and try to pretend its on it way (even 1 month later). Then when I contacted the bank for a refund, the company emailed me asking me to stop and they will refund me! DODGY!!!

I was sold a sample piece of jewellery for £650 from links of london. It was only after it tarnished (2years later) that I decided to bring it back to get my answers. Customer services tried to charge me for the cleaning of the chain and posting it back to me which I never asked for. Finally, after more emails/calls I found out that actually the piece was plated gold and that the diamonds were not real either. Once I insisted on speaking with a manager I found out that I was sold a sample ...

After buying a sweetie bracelet from Links of London and being told that i would be able to get it re-strung for free if it was to stretch links have conveniently decided to go back on this verbal contract by now charging customers £10 less than three months after purchase to have what is obviously a fault rectified.

Customer care do not respond so my advice would be to stay away from Links!!!!

I spent £1000 at Links on an 18 kt gold bracelet to find out on the internet it is in fact 'rolled gold' on silver. At no time did the sales person mention this to me. Had I known I would not have bought the bracelet. I may have been naive but buying a gold bracelet is not an everyday occurrence for me. My receipt describes the bracelet as 18kt R gold. Rolled gold is a thin layer of gold pressed on to another metal, normally brass, in my case silver. Depending on the layer of gold, i ...

I lost my bracelet - (due I believe in part to very poor clasp design). My two efforts to send a message to Links of London via their contact system to inquire about alternative clasps, as I wished to replace it, were met with no response. I then called them and met with no acknowledgement of the poor clasp design and comment that there would be an additional cost to changing the clasp and that the price for the bracelet had just increased by £10 to £120 (have they heard we're in a r ...

The jewellery they sell online is of poor quality and high prices are not justified by design nor materials. Product descriptions on the website are deceptive and not informative. They do not recognize the GIA diamond grading system which is recognized worldwide by all other jewellery merchants,
and as result diamond jewellery they sell contains worthless diamonds. The online sales staff is unprofessional and untrained when it comes to diamonds, precious stones and white gold discolouration ...

As a premium jewellery brand, I think Links of London is extremely poor. In my opinion you would be much better spending a little more and buying a silver item from tiffany where the staff are very helpful, after sales care is brilliant and the quality of the items is far superior.
