Good Points: From the moment you enter the healthclub you are welcomed by staff who are courteous, polite and positive in character. The sliding doors at the front of the hotel are almost always open for members and indeed would be members. The gymnasium area is divided into three distinct sections. The bodybuilding area with all the different machines, the free weights area, and the stretch and Kinesis equipment. Personal trainers are available for you if you want that. A variety of televisions are mounted on the wall of the gymnasium for your entertainment.
The healthclub and spa has a pool, steam rooms, sauna rooms and spa as you would expect from a healthclub and spa.

Bad Points: The change rooms can become quite populated at certain times of the day.

General comments: Generally I would have to say that it is a great place to workout and the atmosphere is brilliant. The staff are indeed qualified for their line of work and the machines are very good quality. Technogym. Although it is more expensive than other healthclubs it is well worth it.
There are classes for different things ranging from yoga, pilates, bodycombat, boxing, and even I might add martial arts. The world is full of negativity lets face it ! I believe that Livingwell is the ideal place in which to overcome negativity in all shapes and forms.
Looking good and feeling great is achievable at Livingwell. Improve your posture, lose those extra kilos, learn yoga from an expert! You can do it all if you put your mind to it.
I choose not to waste my energy on those things which can and do decrease your lifespan, so I joined Livingwell. There are people who lie yes. But in reality they only lie to themselves when you think about it. "Believe in yourself and live your dreams", That was the advice people gave me. So I joined not the rat race but Livingwell. Health and fitness is not a rat race. It is a way of life.
I hope to one day achieve total freedom from all negativity in all shapes and forms.
