Good Points: Simple job search and easy posting of resume.
Bad Points: Area Specific.
General comments: I have used DelhiJobs.com on and off for several weeks. If you get the selection of your jobs right then it is very useful.
I did not get a job via Delhijobs but I keep getting relevant emails and job alerts. Also they offer free resume display which helps the recruiter to find the candidates for no cost. The also provide information regarding colleges in Delhi, Software companies, BPO, and Recruiters in Delhi. Posting Resume on DelhiJobs.com is rather simple and only of 1 page which makes your work faster. Also you can manage your resume, search jobs matching your profile using their multiple search options.
The only drawback I think is that it is area specific. One cannot find jobs for other cities in India. But I would still recommend DelhiJobs.com, as I have created good relationships with some of the recruiters.
