After numerous calls I could not get hold of foxy.xo.uk, emails did not work. In the end I phoned Jersey Trading Standards to complain. They finally called me back and will now be sending out my DVD! Time will tell.

“Foxy.co.uk did not have the item I wanted in stock,...”

Foxy.co.uk did not have the item I wanted in stock, despite their web site and confirmation emails saying that it was. They did not bother to let me know that it was not in stock. They charged me as soon as I placed the order, despite not having it in stock or dispatching it. The email responses were however prompt, but it will be interesting to see how long it takes them to refund my credit card.

I am still waiting for the Nintendo Wii game that I ordered from them. I've had eBay sellers with 50% negative feedback who are more responsive than Foxy.

I'm glad someone has managed to leave a good comment. On other review websites Foxy are given a real slating. So you must be a really jammy customer who managed to get their order.

Why cant I get in contact with your shop? I want to buy classic soft toys flopsy mopsy cottontail. But I cant buy it, because the website doesn't work.
