Good Points: None - apart from the chance to enjoy the worst customer service ever.

Bad Points: Everything

General comments: DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THESE PEOPLE! I cannot emphasise this enough. After ordering a phone from them, and then waiting 5 weeks being given every single excuse under the sun about why my phone had not arrived, I eventually lost my patience. I complained to both West Yorkshire Trading Standards and Cheshire Trading Standards. I also complained to "Starphone" and their parent company Dextra Solutions. I then received a call from an in house lawyer from the parent company Dextra who basically confirmed that Starphone were disreputable outfit with whom they were ending their contract supplying phones. He agreed to arrange to end the contract which I had begun on the phone I had never received. Apparently Starphone had never even ordered me a phone - they had just connected my contract so I would be charged by Vodafone and they would get their commission. Absolute nightmare which has involved me losing the number which I wished to port in. Am now considering referring the matter to the police also. Absolute rubbish - stay away!

I was told about Starphone.co.uk from my cousin, who has also taken out an order and is happy with his phone. At first I was a bit iffy but I thought I'd check it out for myself, I needed a new phone and contract, so I thought why not. I spoke to one of the sales staff from Starphone.co.uk, she was very helpful and polite and knew what she was talking about. I received an e-mail from Star Phone offering Free Line Rental with a free phone. Curious, I went to their website and found that the deals were refunded as cashback. They were honest about their deals and explained exactly what I would be paid and what I had to do to claim it. I ordered a phone and it was delivered in less than 48 hours!

I bought a mobile phone from www.starphone.co.uk, exellent service, quick delivery. I received my handset within 2 days from placing an order. I have recommended the company to my friends as a few of them were looking for new contracts.
