    Good Points: Hotel room fantastic with a balcony overlooking a small canal. Hotel staff very helpful especially organising the secret tour around the Doge Palace.


    Bad Points: Bathroom could have a been a little nicer.


    General comments: Venice is a truly magical place. I was celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary and was not disappointed with my time in Venice. The room we had at the Antico Doge was the Suite Falier with canal view, which was great, we were overlooking a small square. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel was in a superb spot not far from a wonderful little shop which served wonderful little sandwiches and quality white wine (can't remember the name). It was also quite near to St Marks Square and to our favourite bar 'Bacarro Jazz'. Lovely memories.
