I think you have all lost your minds tcw is a perfect example of a second hand garage, dont forget you are buying a second hand car even the best of mechanics cannot determine wat is gonna happen with the car in the future of leaving tcw, i like how you all abuse the cars mechanical working order well news for you can you afford a brand new car which youll loose money on straight away from leaving main dealer showroom, they sell cars in the hundreds a week and only you lot which i can assume on one hand are moaning haha! make me laugh .....

Having recently purchased a car from TCW I have experienced first hand the shocking service provided. I will attempt to summarise the points from my experience here or else I could write ten pages. Firstly, I was sold a car which I paid for in full believing I could pick it up the following day (the only reason I couldn't take it that day was because it was having a service and the engineers had already left for the day). The following day I receive a call advising the personalised plates have n ...

Disgusted with The Trade Centre after sales service...we found several faults within two days of having the car bought in Nov 2008 and now we are in May still waiting for the parts to fix it...the brakes lights are intermittent the LCD dash does not work at all, we were promised before the sale that all the scratches would be removed and they werent. We dont even have a manual for the car! Every time I have been up there I have been lied to....ranging from them sending me a courtesy car and co ...

My daughter bought a ford ka back in April. Numerous problems found after she had signed the finance agreement. Drivers door not closing (when you did manage to close it, it would not reopen and you had to gain entry from passenger side) 2 buckled wheels, windows would not open, bonnet would not close. The list goes on. They eventually sorted out these problems and gave her £200 as a goodwill payment (I am sure this was only because my husband demanded they do something). The window and d ...

I purchased a Vauxhall Vectra from Trade Centre Wales. Drove it away and the Engine Light Came on. Been back eight times so far and the car is still not fixed. Was told it was safe to drive even when it had no pulling power and ended up doing 25 miles an hour on the hard shoulder trying to get it up to speed to join the motorway. I have been offered no Compensation yet, even though I have spent 9.5 hours waiting time 8 hours travelling time and 80 litres of petrol when the thing was guzzling it ...

Damaged my car once returned for repairs, liability admitted then later denied.Massive amount of condensation in one headlight on the day of collection which was also the day of a new MOT being issued. I'm informed that such thing is in fact an MOT failure!Never recieved service history book as promised by sales man at the time as it had to be chased up.Left us feeling insecure and paranoid about the car as we anticipate other problems are right around the corner. These are all true statements ma ...
