    Good Points: Possible to buy a new car very cheaply.


    Bad Points: Could be much more accommodating.


    General comments: Low Prices for mostly, good cars,but poor service from Ron Skinner and Sons.e.g. no fuel in cars when scheduled for pick-up by the new owners.difficulty in getting staff to tax car for new owners when they pick up their newly sold vehicles.Reduced VAT charges were not passed on to customers(not straight away at least)Poor offers on traded-in cars.

    After strong recommendations, I travelled to Ron Skinner & Sons with money in my pocket, ready to buy a car I'd seen on the website. I was very disappointed with the level of service and left the showroom with the money still in my pocket leaving me looking for somewhere else to spend it. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff whilst there, left waiting a couple of times. I've given two points for the apparently strong stock.

    Very happy with the service I received. Good selection of nearly new cars under one year old, very clean and well presented. No pressure whatsoever. I drove three different cars before choosing one. For a small admin charge my personal plate was transferred and the car road taxed (hassle free) I could not find the same model and spec. cheaper anywhere.This is my third car from Ron Skinner and I WILL BE BACK.

    Overall more than happy with everything. As you arrive on site you can see money is not wasted on brochures showroom decoration etc, no distractions when looking around cars, I telephoned the evening before I visited the site asked if the vehicle was still for sale they took it off sale till I arrived great service.

    Good selection of vehicles all of which are clean. This isn't one of those supermarket's that have shabby looking vehicles on show. They offer a reasonable part exchange value for your vehicle, and are open to haggling (not too much though). Overall a good place to look at your next possible car. The sales-people are not to pushy. Cars are a fair price. Reasonable part exchange value offered. I have purchased four vehicles from them and will go back again.Only thing wrap up warm as Tredegar is c ...
