    Bought a sports car from HPL in February 2009.
    Salesman was excellent sorting all the paper work including transfer of a personalised reg.
    Car was serviced MOT ed and very clean.
    Car had spare key.
    No probs so far.

    i buoght a car from hpl and got free for live mot well you think free mot for live ok give it a try. well two years down line still very happy with hpl or should i say service center the staff very help full and must mention the mot tester jimmy. value for money sorry jimmy they need to no how good you are not just mot tester but very good mechanic also.sorryi know you willnot like what i have said thank you hpl service center mike from worsley

    bought a car from hpl 4 mths ago i had a problem with elec windows after 2 mths so i phoned the service centre they booked me in for the next day i dropped the car off at 9 am and was surprised to get a call at 3 pm to say car was ready for collection exceptional service i must say' as previous garages have kept my cars for 4 or 5 days well done hpl also the staff were very helpful and friendly i will certainly use the garage for my regular servicing and mot's from now on well done

    i bought my car with a 3 year warranty i had problem with my car in blackpool.i was towed to main agents and told the car would cost £500 to put right informd hpl service of cost they told me yes you can have it fixed but we will only pay 37.50 by the hour not main agents prices £50 or more by the hour.i had my car recovered to hell and repaired.i returned for my annual service and then paid £50 pounds hourly rate.i looked up on my warranty which was AA cover when i spoke to ad ...

    having purchased my last 2 cars, my wifes car and most recently my daughters car which i'm picking up tomorrow after only putting the deposit on yesterday, i can only talk good of the staff and the welcolme i get each time i've been. O.K i understand that not everybody is gonna be as happy as i have but i can only speak from my own expierence.     I bought a vehicle from HPL at Prestwich in September. Before collecting it I asked them to investigate wear on the hinge of one of the rear seats, where the powder-coated covering had worn off. I was told when I collected the vehicle that nothing had been found and that they had 'lubricated' the hinge.     Absolutely atrocious aftersales, as they say never judge a book by its cover. You turn up to the the showroom which look all very nice, nice cars etc. Then its the usual rubbish that they'll promise you the earth and deliver nothing. I recently purchased a car from them, they were meant to rectify certain things prior to me collecting the car, but surprise surprise it wasn't done.     Took car back to HPL Motors within warranty period due to a warning light being on. It took hpl's mechanics 3 attempts to fix the fault before sending it to the main agent. During their attempts to fix the fault caused damage to the vehicle.

    Also when I purchased the vehicle I was promised that it would have a full service. Although 6 months later when I changed the oil & filter it was very obvious due to the state of the oil that in fact it did not get serviced. This was also evident when cha ...
