    i recently purchased a vw passat from hilton,the price was good on the car and the part ex figure for my old motor was above average.salesman was helpful and we agreed to buy the car,subject to a valet,service and some stone chips repaired,we left a deposit and agreed to collect the car a week later.when we collected the car we could see straight away it hadnt been valeted and the stone chips were still present and it was questionable wether it had had a service(it definetly hadnt had a FULL SERVICE)we were dissapointed,especially when the salesman swore blind all this work had been done when it clearly hadnt.we took the car as we had left a deposit and i had to sort the bits out myself,and the car seems fine .so in short if you do buy a car from hilton dont expect them to honour any aggreement ,just look at the condition of the car you are buying because thats what it will be like when you collect it.

    I've been to Hilton Garage twice in the last few months. The first time, a member of staff attempted to sell me a Vauxhall Corsa. We arranged a test drive for another evening - when I turned up (after driving 20 miles to get there) he kept me waiting for 30 minutes, before telling me that we couldn't take the test drive because they were due to close. His reason? Too many deals. I walked away, it was a waste of time.
    Next time I called past, I went to look at an Astra. The salesman offered me & ...
