I have had the same trouble as everyone else - but as an ex journalist I have now taken some extra steps to stop this woman - she's called Barbara Game by the way - ripping anyone else off. I purchased a dress for a wedding in September 2011 and the dress that arrived was a different colour and fabric to the picture I had seen! When I returned, postage at my expense I received no refund and no communication. I have sent emails to Zara. She simply ignores them. I am a fan of the Curvy Diva clothes. I have bought numerous tops over the past few years and I have been very pleased with the style, the cut and the quality of the items. HOWEVER, I am utterly frustrated right now, as I paid for 4 tops approx 2 months ago and I have still not received the items. Like the previous reviewer I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered two tops in April which I was going to take on holiday in June. The tops have never arrived. I emailed in May and received an apologetic reply saying the tops would be in stock in two weeks and was that okay? I replied that it wasn't and asked for a refund. I am afraid that we have no control over the payments being deducted from your account. The orders are sent to the debit/credit card company and they then pass the order onto us. We do not receive payment for 2-4 weeks. We are looking into maybe changing this system, if possible.

With my order, they took money for a skirt that was already out of stock and listed as such on the packing slip. The other skirt I ordered was completely the wrong size/style. If I can save one person money then I'll be happy. I've just had a telephone call from trading standards after I raised a complaint with them about non receipt of goods from Curvy Diva. Although they had loads of complaints about the company, it would appear that no-one had actually investigated further. Thank goodness for Aylesbury trading standards! I have also tried to email them but had no reply. I guess i am technically within the "28 days if out of stock" so i can only assume that they hold very little stock and everything has to be ordered.

I have to say I have had to opposite experience to those here. I found the Curvy Diva store so helpful as I needed to get some outfits for my holiday in double quick time. Emails were answered the same day and within 5 mins a couple of times. The items arrived the day I was told to expect them. I did have to return one item as it did not suit me but I received my refund about 7 days after retuning it.
I have recommended to friends and would have no hesitation in buying from again.

I agree - I have now had the website closed down and have informed trading standards and the Police. I would suggest that you inform the police as well.
I got my dress but it wasn't anything like it appeared on the website and I returned it. The address where she - by the way its run by a woman called Barbara Game - asks for returns to be sent to she hasn't lived at for 7 years. You MUST report her to the Police!!
