    I have to say I have had to opposite experience to those here. I found the Curvy Diva store so helpful as I needed to get some outfits for my holiday in double quick time. Emails were answered the same day and within 5 mins a couple of times. The items arrived the day I was told to expect them. I did have to return one item as it did not suit me but I received my refund about 7 days after retuning it.

    I have recommended to friends and would have no hesitation in buying from again.

    I ordered £300 of clothes from Curvy Diva, only 2 of the items fitted. I returned the other items with a list of replacement sizes and a durther order for another £300 - to this date I have never received my other goods, they do not respond to emails, there is no telephone number and I have even attempted to pursue them through the county court system - to no avail.

    I brought 2 skirts which were returned. After 5 weeks I am still waiting a refund. First was told that it takes 28 days for Worldpay to give my money to the company. Then I was told I had to wait 28 days from the date Curvy Diva received the returned goods. Both time periods have expired and now they refuse to answer emails.

    Like others I also wish I had not ordered from this site.Fortunately I only ordered one item,which after 7 weeks has still not arrived.Likewise they do not answer emails and there is no contact number.

    I ordered two tops from Curvy Diva which I was told were in stock, despite a number of un-answered e-mails. they finally arrived - 5 weeks later - only to be too big (the sizes were 2xl/3xl etc and it d not say what this meant even though I mailed them).

    I sent the items back, re-ordering just one of the tops and requesting a refund on the other - the re-ordered top took 6 weeks - now some3 months later I am still awaiting my refund - I have had a couple of replies to e-mails to say they are l ...

    Bought goods using their paypal account. Emailed after 3 weeks as had not received goods. No response. Paypal wont pursue as now over 45 days. I did get an phone number in the original email when I tried I got voicemail but will try again.
    Curvy Diva took my money sharpish but gave me nothing, not even an email in return!

    I wish I had seen these Curvy Diva reviews before I had purchased. although I thought as they were recommened by Baby centre they would be a decent company to buy from. Big mistake.

    I ordered 3 outfits from Curvy Diva which were unsuitable so returned. I was promised a refund within 4 weeks but never received it. Tried to resolve this matter several times but I have not received a reply to my emails yet. Luckily I paid through credit card and able to claim through bank. I was worried I could lose £581. Would not recommend at all. I feel it is cheaper and easier to buy super sizes from America. After all, it seems this is where this company buys their stock from anywa ...

    I found communication with the company very difficult. no phone number listed on the website and NEVER received a reply to emails. Now awaiting refund which I am struggling to get back at the moment as there is no acknowledgement of my emails received yet. would never buy from these again. I felt that the goods were overpriced also.

    I ordered a dress from www.curvydiva.co.uk, it was supposed to take two weeks to come. I got order confirmation, and acknowledgement that my payment had been processed from World Pay, but nearly four weeks on I have not received the dress yet.

    I have contacted the company several times by email, it states on the website that they will respond to any enquiry within 48 hours. I have not received a reply as of yet. There seems to be no contact telephone number on the website.
