Good Points: Easy to use. Comfortable in your hand.
Bad Points: Only 1 battery and long charge time.
General comments: If you want to drill things, get an 18 volt or 24 volt. These aren't much use at drilling, but if you want to do a bit of casual screwing; say up to an inch and a half screw into a rawplug, then the Black & Decker 12V Cordless Drill Driver is a practical drill for that job. There isn't immense power here, but it's still quicker than a screwdriver. You can probably find bigger drills cheaper and better, but I won't knock this one.

Black & Decker 12V Cordless Drill Driver: It is actually cheaper to buy a new full kit on offer (often with 2 batteries, essential) than to get a new charger or 1 new battery.
I'm not sure how much better the firestorm range is. Black & Decker seem better but I think the even better makes outlast.

Black & Decker Drill Driver need a drill and battery to last. I burned up ten drills this year. And the cordless drill didn't burn up just it charger. Maybe if the life of the battery was longer I could tell you more about the drill.
