    Good Points: Fun to use website. Easy to order. Great customer service. Wonderful garments. Fast dispatch.


    Bad Points: A few garments were out of stock in the size that I wanted. Slightly disappointed but placed a request to alert me by email once they are available again. On the pricey side but definitely worth the money.


    General comments: This is my first order from Igigi. I ordered the following garments on Friday at 11pm:
    - Brigitte Mod Dress
    - Colette Mod Dress
    - Camilla Wraparound Dress in Black
    - Camilla Wraparound Dress in Plum

    Website

    The website is easy and fun to use. It's refreshing to see that Igigi uses full figured models to demonstrate their garments. Also I love the video playback feature which allows Igigi customers to view a video of a model wearing the dress in addition to still pictures. It's easier to visualise how this garment would look on me. Furthermore, in order to find the perfect fit the website designed a feature to calculate your shape. This is very useful, as once your shape is calculated, you can browse the garments by your shape eliminating dresses that would not be suitable, thus saving considerable time to plough through the entire collection.

    The website is easy to navigate and it takes only a couple of minutes to place an order. It's refreshing to see that Igigi accepts Paypal payments, thus giving a wider variety of payment options than their competitors. I paid for my order via Paypal without any problems.

    Communication:

    I had to place a call to their customer services helpline to clarify a sizing issue. The lady I spoke to was warm and very helpful. I also sent an email enquiry that was responded to within 10 hours. The response was highly professional.

    On Monday I received Igigi's confirmation that my order was being processed and then another one that it was dispatched. The confirmation contained a tracking number so that I could follow the progress of my package.

    Shipment:

    My package arrived to London on Wednesday morning. The dresses arrived beautifully folded and well packaged to remove the need to iron them. One glitch - I had to pay over £70.00 in custom duties.

    Design and quality:

    Igigi dresses themselves are beautifully made to complement the female form. The garments are designed to take into account specifics of a fuller female figure which is a breath of fresh air. The designs are modern. You would not see baggy tents here. Majority of garments are structured. Igigi current office wear collection is luxurious and alluring. I feel like purchasing the entire collection. Materials used are heavy and expensive. No shoddy work here. The dresses are true to their size and fit perfectly.

    Overall, I am very pleased that I have discovered this company. I have got 4 new dresses to boost my confidence at work. I would definitely be back to enrich my clothing collection. I am thinking of getting a formal dress for the forthcoming Christmas party season. Highly recommended.
