    I will never place an order through this company again!
    It wasn't until 5 days after placing an online order that it was processed, and we were called that the item I ordered was out of stock! The website definetely should have stated that upon ordering the item. We were charged for the item anyhow, and upon a second phonecall on if we would like to order anything else (with the funds they took from our credit card anyhow) my husband answered no. He wanted our money returned and with that the customer service rep replyed "yup" and hung up!

    poor processeng, poor customer service, and poor business practices. You dont actually charge an item until it ships!!!

    I would say to the ladies who had issues with Alight Plus Size Clothing to try again. I have not seen another site with the selection they have. I love dresses and it is so hard to find cute ones. They have alot of cute dresses. I have shopped with them several times and had no problems with shipping or returns. I give them a high rating!

    Limited size availability, product not as pictured, POOR customer service, item received damaged, no confirmation of return & did not uphold timeline for processing returns as stated on website. I would not order from Alight Plus Size Clothing again or recommend to anyone. Not worth the hassle.

    Two of the four items I ordered from 'Alight Plus Size Clothing' were not in stock and I was only notified of one cancellation. Though I really liked their selection, I was very disappointed that my order took eight days to process. I also don't like that they didn't display the backs of clothing. I now have to return one dress because the front is patterned, but the back is a solid color, which looks cheap.

    I don't think I will be shopping at Alight Plus Size Clothing www.alight.com again and personally I would not recommend it to others. While the box arrived around the time that it was expected, the jacket arrived damaged (missing and dangling buttons) and in my experience customer service is lacking in every area. I have not heard back from them or received a credit, and it has been over a month since I returned the jacket.

    I bought several outfits and a dress for a wedding from them. The items arrvied earlier then I expected them. They have more items to select from then anyone. Good sales too.

    Alight Plus Size Clothing is a fantastic site for big girls! finally a site that caters to us plus sized girls with beautiful clothing!
