    Good Points: good looking site. products looked good online.


    General comments: I paid extra for personalization and gift card for 13 gift baskets... and most were incorrect. My clients did not even know who the gift baskets came from. So $1000+ poorer later, I tried to complain... and Customer Service just said sorry, and that's it.

    My gift was not delivered. I was given erroneous information by their Customer Service Department. Their delivery person claimed to have left my gift basket on my relative's porch because no one was at home. My relative does not leave her home except on Sundays - due to illness. She anwers whenever I call. I paid double for the service I was sold by Gifttree because I of their same-day delivery advertisement. I would never have chosen their service had I known that they perform so poorly. ...

    I appreciated the organized and easy-to-use website as I have no patience for navigating the messy and questionable nature of so many online merchants. My experience with GiftTree has been a positive one. I didn't have to wait on hold when I needed to talk to customer service, which is a rarity these days! I purchased a gift tower as a best wishes/congratulations gift for a former coworker who advanced to another company location. She sent me an e-mail saying her whole family enjoyed the goodies ...

    Gift Tree sent an inappropriate balloon message--not the one I had selected. They misspelled things on the card that I had typed on their site accurately. The flowers did not look like they did on the site. Customer service were terribly unhelpful, and they offered little to nothing to compensate me for this embarrassment. They were so unprofessional that I was motivated to post this review--something I have never done!
