plain and simple. I ordered a shirt for 26 dollars and they never sent it. i called and emailed them numerous times with no response or order status. I then filed a complaint with the BBB which has yielded no results. I still have not received my refund, T shirt, or god forbid and email. Do not give them your money. do not heed the other reviews on this site that give the company credibility. its is all farce. Wish i had read their file on the BBB before i had ordered. I STRONGLY recamend that you DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a complete rip off. They charge way too high for shipping and never send the products. I made my order on Sept. 13, 2013 and still have not gotten it. Also they are not a member of the B.B.B. and they have over 23 complaints and counting. So i made an order for a couple of t-shirts. A few days alter I go and check the status - still saying new/processing. I thought ok, give it a day or so. I checked again a week later. I ordered a shirt on 3/28, in order to receive it for a 4/19 birthday. Plenty of time for the usual order/shipping process! Oh, they also contacted this website to get my complaint removed. It remains as I sent a copy of our email correspondence to the site moderators.
Here's an idea - why not spend less time on propaganda and more on sorting out problems?

No resolution, obviously. Avoid them.

I had been searching everywhere for a particular shirt for my teenage daughter. I found it on rerock4ever and for a great price too. I ordered it as a gift (to be given 3 weeks after ordering). I received confirmation of my order that said "allow 6 days for processing". I checked the tracking after 10+ days and it said "processing". I emailed the company with no response. I wouldn't even give the website the satisfaction of a one star rating but that's the lowest they offer! I ordered my hoodie on December 26 and I am still waiting!! I paid the highest shipping to have it arrive on the fifth, but still nothing. They told me it would be sent out the end of that week, making it around the 7th. No response to emails, or phone messages. They only show a 877 line. No local number. Thru a search, I think they are located in Naperville, Ill. outside chicago. They are not BBB listed. Something is not right here. I've just contacted our order processing department and there are no unprocessed orders from 12/01. In fact today (12/14) the oldest order on hold is from 12/04 (awaiting customer's response because of missed apartment number in shipping address). There are 3 voided orders placed on 12/01 because of failed payment (credit card problems) and those 3 orders are the only ones which wasn't processed, but all 3 customers were notified of the issues. I've also checked with customer service department and there are no unanswered e-mail messages from 12/12. If you really placed an order with rerock4ever.com please let me know your invoice number and I'll post an explanation on your complaint.

I did finally receive the tshirts and they look fine. It is really too bad that I never received a return phone call or response to my email. My initial review and the additional comments could have all been avoided if I had received some response. I will not order from this company again.

I'm looking at my order right now (79799), the apartment number is there (apt 408), and so is the date of the order 12/1. The shipping tracker, now says it is in SF, hopefully you guys didn't leave the apartment number off the mailing label. Again, I'm looking at it right now and it is clearly there on the order, hopefully you didn't miss it. I still have not received a phone call or a response to my email. It is kind of odd you took the time to respond here, but you won't respond to me personally. If the order does show up, I'll post it here. You do seem sincere, but I don't think your customer service department is being honest with you. Especially since I do not seem to be the only customer not to receive a reply to their enquiries.
