“Not up to standard”

Disappointed by quality. Within a few weeks of wear and one wash,I noticed cuffs seams undoing on my husbands jumper. Also on my own Argyllshire blue jumper a hole at front like a moth hole when it was delivered. “PayPal glitches need sorted ”

Jumper was apparently great when my mum eventually received it. It was ordered to be delivered to her address on her actual birthday but it was delivered to me rather than her because PayPal data and company website data cannot communicate to each other. If you pay by PayPal it erases the delivery details you input. Woo lovers need to have a comment on the payment page saying ' if you are paying by PayPal delivery can only be to PayPal address'. “Very poor”

I purchased two woollen jumpers, which I was pleased with. I machine washed each only a couple of times on the woollens programme in Aeriel. Both now have a hole in. I did not read the care instructions, thinking I knew how to wash woollen jumpers, having done so countless times before without problems. Unfortunately when you purchase the jumpers nothing comes up to warn you what will happen if you do not use a Woolmark product to wash them in, you have to specifically look at the care… Read Full Review

While I can vouch for the quality of your wools, your customer service is terrible. I live in Texas. That's in the United States. I haven't yet received my order and while I've repeatedly requested verification as to where you've actually shipped it, no one bothers to reply to my anxious queries. I am having the same experience; ordered 2 cardigans - they told me they shipped one 2/6 and the other 2/23, and neither has arrived - I am also in the U.S. I never received a tracking number so cannot verify where the packages may be!

“Poor service”

Ordered a few things back in December. Two of the items were too small and one item too big, had to pay postage for delivery when it was supposedly free.. and then again to return them. In the returns package I requested an exchange for a bigger size for one of the items and also for another one in a different colour. Still no sign of the new items and no refund for the returned garments. It's February in two days and their blaming it on Christmas! Phoned customer care who gave me no idea… Read Full Review

“Surprisingly disappointing”

Ordered previously and pleased. This time ordered way before Christmas and did not arrive, despite numerous e-mails indicating concern. Finally after Christmas they replied asking did I want a replacement(sic) or refund. As it was a present I said refund as too late. No further action numerous e-mails days of delay getting a reply, then e-mail stating it has been passed for a refund. No sign of it yet and just sent another e-mail. I did received the order well within time. I was very excited because I took the cardigan with me on my 3 weeks vacations. I had ordered a Versatile Classic V Neck Cardigan (A2)-Black Small. After using it for once I could notice that cardigan had started looking baggy, and after the first wash it has became more baggy.It doesn't look elegant to wear. I am very disappointed. “Service is not customer centric”

many times the consignement sent by royal mail service are unable to track.Customer has to wait for consignment and the orders delayes/misplaced Again woolovers recommand that they will replaced the order or make a claim and reversal of the cash deducted to customer . This period is too time consuming.We have to take regular follow up with woolovr. Any consignement sent by any agency which will be eithr government of private is providing tracking numbers but woolover has no sensitivity for such… Read Full Review

I bought what should have been same sized clothing from Woolovers. They came saying they were the same size but all three were differently sized to each other and vastly different from their sizing chart. When I mentioned this, they went on the attack blaming me for not laundering it correctly. I pointed out with photos that they were different prior to laundering. They even still had their tags on. Waited for other two items to appear then phoned when they didn't , told I would need to wait until 10 days had passed before they activated their missing item procedure . More than 13 days after my order was done and I am still waiting for it. On the website I've read the delivery period is 5 - 7 days, when I asked via email they told me it is 10 - 12 days. Today it is 13 days and I havent't received anything yet. I would recommend this site only if somenone needs to order items in winter and receive them in the summer... :-/… Read Full Review
