I would NOT recommend to buy this Plantronics Vodafone VBH-300 headset for ANYONE!!! I just bought 3 headsets: 1 was used and 2 brand new from internet shops. All three are faulty, completely dead. I disassembled one of them, it seems it has problems with charging contacts. (read more)

The Plantronics Vodafone VBH-300 excellent value for money at £25, IMHO. The battery lasts twice as long as more expensive units, which is a big plus for me. I'm guessing the compromises are around the sound quality, the range (less transmit power means less battery consumption, which in turn means longer battery life but shorter range), and the quality control at the factory. The range is fine for use as a hands-free in a car, but will not easily cope with someone wandering into the... (read more)
