    probably the WORST support staff in the industry, they're plain stupid minimum-wage morons that wouldn't know the difference between broadband and a rubberband.

    Brilliant. Speeds are good, connection is very reliable. I only ever had problems twice, both because I'd gone over my prepay download limit without realising (although they do send you warnings when you're close). When I called customer services, I got through straight away to an intelligent person (was with Tiscali before, went through hell with their customer services), and they got the problem sorted instantly.     Good reliable service with friendly customer back up.Almost no waiting on the phone!Have been with Newnet since Feb 2007.Using a 12GB limit,they do nag when
    you get to 10.Not necessary really, when you can log in and check usage for yourself.

    I have been on Newnet 8MB Broadband package for about 2 years.
    I have found their service very reliable, and consistently fast.
    I would recommend them.

    Hosted a few sites with Newnet and I have found that their customer service has been excellent, if they can't answer your query straight away they will ring you back. Mostly my calls have been answered promptly without the endless options I have encountered with previous providers and the help has always been delivered efficiently, patiently and courteously.

    I have now come to the end of a mandatory 12 month contract. I had expected to move but my exchange has not been unbundled as announced. Although New Net may have its weaknesses, for example, not the cheapest of providers, they are far from entirely unfortunate and I now find in looking around for a move that I'm less confidant about a migration. Plusnet is possible but Newnet probably scores better on its telephone help which is UK based.

    Support is best I've had so far with an ISP, and UK based, the buying of extra bandwidth usage has changed after a few people started to complain and the system is now better for everyone.

    Over all the best I've had since I was able to get broadband and I'm also getting the best speed ever. Well recommend NewNew.

    I have been a Newnet customer for a couple of years now, and I have been really impressed with their service.
    With Newnet, I feel like I have all the "small company" benefits (friendly customer service, tailored package), with all the "big company" advantages (great service and technical support).

    Been with NewNet for 3 months and very pleased with the service so far.There was a span where connections were regularly dropped, but that has abated. I have a Max 8Mb connection, and achieve 3.5Mb. But I am 5 miles from the exchange. With broadband, you basically get the bandwidth you pay for, so I have no gripe withe 3GB cap on my package. My only gripe is that extra bandwidth had to be pre-purchased for the month in 3GB blocks, and unused bandwidth will not be be carried over or refunded. The ...
