Good Points: I'm now on the NewNet Direct service, just over 3Km from the exchange (straight line) and I'm getting 9.7Mb when I was only getting 2.2Mb on the BT upto 8Mb service. The tech guys know what they are talking about and if they cant help you there and then they take your number and they do call you back.
Bad Points: Seem to be big jumps between some of the package included bandwidth limits.
General comments: Support is best I've had so far with an ISP, and UK based, the buying of extra bandwidth usage has changed after a few people started to complain and the system is now better for everyone.
Over all the best I've had since I was able to get broadband and I'm also getting the best speed ever. Well recommend NewNew.

I have been a Newnet customer for a couple of years now, and I have been really impressed with their service.
With Newnet, I feel like I have all the "small company" benefits (friendly customer service, tailored package), with all the "big company" advantages (great service and technical support).

Been with NewNet for 3 months and very pleased with the service so far.There was a span where connections were regularly dropped, but that has abated. I have a Max 8Mb connection, and achieve 3.5Mb. But I am 5 miles from the exchange. With broadband, you basically get the bandwidth you pay for, so I have no gripe withe 3GB cap on my package. My only gripe is that extra bandwidth had to be pre-purchased for the month in 3GB blocks, and unused bandwidth will not be be carried over or refunded. The ...
