    I was unfortunate to encounter Namesco when they took over UK Domains. Prior to this I had a good, reliable reseller package.
    Once Namesco got involved problems started.
    I had client servers which stopped working, just before Christmas. How a company can decide to mess around at this time of year is beyond me.
    Since then I was told I had to go onto a more expensive service, which gave me less of everything at something like three times the cost. The biggest thing I hated with them was a willingness by their salesmen to to try add additional cost wherever possible.
    I recently migrated all accounts to HeartInternet, who are wonderful and significantly cheaper.
    To prove how Namesco can really screw things up I ended up with domain names getting lost as they had not correctly updated the registrations.
    If you have a problem talk to Gilian in customer services, who actually was good in finally getting things sorted.

    Have just migrated to Namesco from Virgin and am so glad I did. I was up and running within the hour, which would have been quicker if I had used their router and not my own. But their instructions and information were faultless and I changed my email settings on my own!! I can only get half a mb of download speed because of where I live, but my internet has speeded up and my emails come through immediately - always had a delay with virgin. Namesco are also cheaper, which is a great bonus and ...

    Excellent, value for money product. As a Head of ICT, I searched for a long time for a broadband product without a long tie in contract and with excellent customer service and I was pleased to find it with Namesco.

    Namesco are not one of the cheapest but they ARE reliable and the support team are helpful and stay the course if you have to dig deeper to find a solution. When people sign up to free broadband they sometimes regret having to wait an average of 25 minutes or more to speak to a harried, hurried person and the outcome, in my case at least, has been most unsatisfactory.
    Come to think of it, I've rarely found it necessary to contact this company for technical support so what do I know?

    I was well received when I first signed up and for some months afterwards had excellent service from Namesco Limited but of late the service has deteriorated markedly. My service emails lie unanswered for e week or more, spam is becoming endemic and no-one seems willing or able to do much about it.It is a shame and largely because, I suspect, Namesco have expanded beyond their capability to service.

    I have both broadband and an extensive hosting portfolio with Namesco.Excellent quality of service, customer care & technical support teams are very knowledgeable.Hosting packages come with a good variety of options, such as PHP MySQL etc. Quite expensive in comparison - but cannot be beaten for value for money. Very reliable service - Would trust Namesco with all my essential website services & databases.

    I have no regrets at all about using Namesco broadband. I have been with them for three years or so. Apart from signing on in the first place, I cannot remember ever having to use their customer service - it just works. Recommended.
    Not the absolute cheapest, but you get what you pay for, so this is not necessarily a bad point! Difficult to think of anything bad to say.

    Namesco are really good at what they do. They take the time to deal with their customers and are more than happy to give you help when its needed.

    I was with Tiscali and was constantly losing internet connection on a daily basis. Since with Namesco not a single instance. Absolute bliss! Also up to now instead of up to 60 spams per day - many unwholesome - I have not had a single spam.
    Very pleased with Namesco and glad that apart from reading good reviews about them I took the advice of a friend who strongly recommended them.

    If you do not want to sign up for 12 months Don't use Namesco - very misleading in that it gives you the impression that you can cancel by giving a month's notice without being stung with high cancellation charges. BEWARE!

    I haven't yet had any outage and the customer support at Namesco have always been excellent. With prompt, responsive, pro-active and personal and friendly with it.

    I have been with Namesco Limited for quite a while. And to tell the truth I was with Tiscali before and it was a breath of fresh air. They do not tie you with a 12 month contract. Brilliant.
