Bad Points: Expensive - you pay for the low contention ratio :(Email delivery often really slow due to their spam filtering. Sending ok though.
General comments: Great customer service - they always respond and are very helpful. No foreign call centres.Low contention ratio - I've very seldom had loss of speed at peak times.
Overall really good compared to bigger outfits, but their prices are very steep by comparison. You get what you pay for, though!
