    Bad Points: Its just a shame I didn't find them sooner.


    General comments: Fantastic company. They have the best customer service I have ever received. I have wasted so many hours on the phone to other ISPs like virgin ,tiscali and nildram who were all terrible.

    I emailed customer support (at 10pm) because I went over my usage. I got a personalised email from a REAL PERSON within half an hour saying that it would be added within a few minutes. Can you get this service from any other provider?

    Fast cost a little more per month but I have probably saved this much on phone calls and what price can you put on hours of time wasted in the evenings and weekends. Use Fast.co.uk, read the point below for another reason.

    Having suffered the declining service of AOL for the past two years,and after spending a great deal of time trying to find an efficient Broadband provider I have just subscribed to FAST.co.uk HAVE I STRUCK GOLD... YOU BET!!!

    Switched away from Fast to O2 as it meant a saving of nearly £20 per month. I was asked to email them a list of personal details and account info which I did (ommiting my router password as I had forgotton it). They emailed me back asking for the password so I sent them the number along with a comment saying "you don't make this easy do you?".     I use this ISP for my home and business broadband.
    The service is first class and the tech support is even better, they actually care about your end of the phone line and not just what they can see on their screens like a lot of other companies.
    I cannot recommend these guys enough, the only downside is that you cannot get an unlimited service (100gb a month would be ridiculous for me though, I only use 10gb a month maximum at home and 4gb at work) and the prices are definitely on the high side ...

    Been with them for over 12 months and I've never had a problem. My router reconfigured itself and the helpline was like ringing up your uncle who also happens to be a tech-head wizard. They're knowledgeable with out being patronising and just enourmously helpful. I can't rate them highly enough. I'd Facebook them if I knew their names.     Excellent phone manner and staff are both knowledgeable and courteous. I would definately recommend this provider wholeheartedly. The actual connection is great with no lags in the evening or at weekends. Couldn't ask for more and am a very happy customer.
    Great broadband with no fuss. I found the support staff to be very competent and recptive and helpful.

    Odd that this ISP has a 3 month contract, yet unlike many others there seems to be no reason to move away. Yes you can get cheaper - but after hanging on to an 0845 number for ever before finally speaking to a clueless call-centre monkey I'd rather pay extra and have lower blood pressure.

    No 0845, no automated phone answering, no being plunged into a telephonic abyss when you're placed on hold. Callback rather than hanging around waiting, and when the help comes it goes above and beyond.

    Having used other ISP's who have employed underhanded fair use policies, have provided under educated technical support staff and have no concept of what a customer acutally is ... fast.co.uk has been a breath of fresh air!I have only been with them for a week now, after migrating away from EzeeDSL, the service has just been excellent. I guess the moral of this is, you get what you pay for!

    Fast.co.uk is a *great* isp. Their customer service and technical helpline people pick up the phone after a couple of rings, and are polite and technically knowledgeable.     Migrated to Go-fast after constant cut-off connections with my previous ISP.
    Dreaded having to set up my computer to a new ISP, but I was guided over the phone by a very knowledgeable member of their support staff, and within 2 minutes I was connected and online.
    A breath of fresh air and worth every penny to have peace of mind.

    All good points after moving from Nildram my drop out had stopped and my speed was up. Even told me about a problem with my line and got it sorted 6.1mb from a 8mb line Im over the moon with that...

    Fantastic service, telephone support is amazing and really know their stuff. The extra few £ per month are worth spending if you want quality.
    Overall a very good provider, worth the money and giving a very good reliable connection. 10/10 !

    I have been with Fast.co.uk for approximately 18 months. There hasn't been any problems with connections and the speed has been good.Their customer service team are excellent, they know what they are talking about and are always helpful.Highly recommended.

    Not worth the money for me personally and I do not recommend Fast.co.uk, I feel I received a lot of problems with them so far I moved to them hoping for a low ping but I got 70 all the time so I rang up asking about this. They told me ok we will take of inter league for you which will lower your ping down to about 20, after that happened my ping went to 120 all day. So rang up asking why this is and all I got was to ring back later as far as I am concerned.

    I have only been with fast for a short time days but am extremely pleased with the service so far. I moved to them from Pipex and immediately my connection has stopped dropping out and the speed has improved. I needed to telephone their technical support people a couple of times to get logged on. If they can't answer straight away they don't keep you on hold but ask you to leave a number and they call you back.     Customer service is perfect, always get through straight away and very helpful.
    A little expensive but you get what you pay for.
    Highly recommend Fast.co.uk as an internet provider.

    Been with fast.co.uk for nearly a year now. The BEST ISP on the market. First class customer service (they know what they are on about) always glad to help, never a phone que to get through and its a local rate number!

    Never had any connection issues.
    A GREAT ISP. Its worth paying the extra cost, well recommend Fast.co.uk

    Switched to Fast.Co.Uk almost a year ago after a very bad experience with another ISP. Straight away I got much faster download speeds, which have proved to be reliable and constant. The service has only been down once (briefly) in almost a year. I rang the helpdesk for assistance in setting up my POP 3 email account, the phone was answered instantly, and I was talked through the setup by a very helpful guy.     I've been with Fast.co.uk for nearly 2 years now, having been let down like many others, by Tiscali. I migrated over and instantly had faster speeds and no more disconnections. Everytime I call fast.co.uk they answer quickly, know what they're talking about and have been honest with me. The few times I've asked them to call me back they always have done without fail, and most importantly the service just works.

    UK based customer support, phone answered after about 2 rings, genuine helpful people who are obviously from a technical background. I have been with fast about a year now with no problems except initially I didnt understand how to set the router up. The unfailingly courteous helpline guy talked me through it and I got there in the end. Speeds are always good and I've had no reliability problems at all.
