Good Points: Excellent service. Friendly, helpful, and UK based.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: I have used DataComms for many ears. Excellent service on the rare occasions when something goes wrong (such as a temporary dead connection due to a local mains substation failure near their base, for example: not their fault). Friendly, helpful, positive and in the UK. Thoroughly recommended.

Helpful and personal service. Fast comms - does all I need.
These don't appear to be major players, so they have time to discuss problems without bouncing the call to an overseas Call Centre. Pretty good service overall. Well recommend DataComms Europe Ltd.- Read Guest's review (54 words)

The contract is monthly, so I found it difficult to get out quickly in my experience.
I would not recommend DataComms to anyone. The connection was flaky and slow, and I had constant trouble because there was another account holder with the same surname and our accounts kept getting mixed up as far as I am concerned therefore I do not recommend DataComms.- Read girlwithglasses's review (98 words)
