    This is an airline with horrible service. Free is too expensive to fly with this airline. If you can find a good deal with Jetstar or another airline, take it. It is worth paying a little more to know you are going to get a flight that will likely be on time and some sympathy from customer service when you have a problem. I can't believe that this airline does not even have a customer service number or e-mail address. I guess they would be swamped with complaints if they did.

    This is an airline with horrible service. Free is too expensive to fly with this airline. If you can find a good deal with Jetstar or another airline, take it.     I just return from a flight with Tiger Airways and the flight was totally apalling. Was given a seat number 30A with no seat cushion, just the bare seat base. Imagine this, they can't even afford to have the seat replaced. Informing the cabin crew I was told that they will have it sorted out but until the pushback sequence, I was still left standing waiting for a seat.     Tiger Airways has the "best seats ever" !!! My wife just returned from her trip and was assigned a window seat with NO CUSHION!!! Seriously, NO CUSHION, with the seat base frame showing and the crew was nonetheless bothered. Even telling my wife to find another seat herself while aircraft was starting the pushback sequence. Imagine, Tiger Airways at its best... Real budget airline literally.

    Cheap tickets but so very very very late and so very not sorry about it! then they had the audacity to tell me my hand luggage was .4kg, yes 0.4kg over weight! "Yes!", "thats the food i have been eating whilst waiting 4.4 hours for my late flight!" Loosers! Never again! Cheap BUT NASTY!

    Tiger airways has the worst customer service you can imagine. Impossible to reach the call center and even if you do, their staff are really hard to understand. The website works randomly and I never manage to change my booking.It's worth spending a few bucks more and fly with Virgin blue (I love their web check-in, save heaps of time)

    The meagre saving is not worth the aggravation.i booked a flight online despite extremely poor reviews. they changed my flight twice -- the second was to a completely different day. for correspondence they only take faxes and letters. there is no email. the call centre was a joke. After trying 4 times, I was put on hold for an hour (am still waiting).

    Poor customer service both at the terminal and over the phone. Excess luggage charges are excessive. Toilets were very unhygienic. Cancelled flight at last minute with very short notice to change arrangements. Not able to contact anyone in customer service.

    Just flew for the first time on tiger MEL-DRW-MELWell attempted to fly that route anyway.I can safely say as a travel agent this is one of the worst airlines I have ever come across. I had heard some stories about Tiger and there had also been five schedule changes to this flight via email so I rang their call centre the night before we left and went through our booking with them.     Today, Sept 3, I was on hold for a total of more than 30 mins and no one was available. The primary line in Singapore also gone Busy from 12 noon for more than 2 hours. Tiger Airways should include call centre response time in their performance KPI.

    Could not make an on line purchase from Clark to Macau. Tiger refuse to accept my Visa for two trips out of Clark. I had to book via telephone where the cost was $100 US more. I called my bank and said my Visa was not blocked. I call Tiger and they said my bank had blocked the purchase. I contacted Tiger's supervisor and they denied the block.

    An excellent alternative to the expensive airfares in the Australian market. Please do not forget to get their insurance for 9 bucks. This will guarantee you get everything all airlines offer when delays or cancellations take place.
