    blue light on my Breville JK73 went off after 12months of using it, no replacement filters available, otherwise quick and quiet boiling

    Had the Breville JK73 for three years now and it has given good service.

    The only problem I have at present is that I cannot find a replacement filter as, at the last attempt to clean it of limescale, it crumbled away!

    I will continue to search for a replacement filter but would happily buy another Breville, as other makes have failed to meet my expectations!

    Our Breville JK73 only lasted 18 months (there's only two of us). So, we wont be buying another breville.

    Bought this Breville kettle - after 12 months the blue light went out and then a month later its totally not working. Only comes with 1 year guarantee and for £35 that is not good enough. Just replaced with another brand that was only £20 and has 2 year guarantee.

    Lovely kettle boils fast no probs with the working of the kettle at all.good boiler but blue led light went out after 12 months. My blue illuminating light has gone out after only 12 months and it doesnt look so good any more. I have contacted breville to see what they are willing to do about this problem. fingers crossed,
