    Good Points: Very pleased with quality of front door ordered which arrived with no damage. Compared with the doors on sale in some of the DIY stores, felt it was very good value for money.


    Bad Points: Although advertised as 48 hours delivery, the door took a week to arrive.


    General comments: While the delivery our door of Doors Direct took longer than 48 hours advertised on www.doorsdirect.co.uk -we do live in Kent, rather a long way to have to deliver so could understand why it should take longer. But as we are very happy with quality, did not mind too much.

    The only good thing about Doors Direct is the quality of the wood. However, their customer service is not so good!

    I now wish I had bought my doors from somewhere local.
