This is my first review but thought I would share how it went with Allfreight.
I sent my stuff back home and I must say I've had no problems, their service was great from start to finish.
The prices where cheap they gave free boxes, tape and packing stuff to help you pack it all up, and they then pick it all up for free, so all in all I cant complain.

Would I use them again, well yes without a doubt.

Just thought i'd give my 2 cents worth, used this company and found them to be real good, in fact if I had known companies like this existed before I could have made my life easier when travelling abroad.
What I liked:
Fast service (but may have to wait a few hours for the driver, but was free delivery)
Cheap compared to the airline like a 10th of the price.
Can do it all online (well handy)
It was easy.

Please, please do NOT use allfreight for your shippping. I have tried to use them from London to Manila. They have had my expensive goods for 4 months now (and my payment!), never email me unless I really pursue them. The 'tracking' system still says pending, we were given an estimated arrival date that has long past and still don't even have any vessel details. At no point have staff tried to apologise or explain the delay and, seeing as I know plenty of people that have received goods along th ...

1st time I'd had to use an international delivery service and will certainly use Allfreigt again James was extremely helpful and dealt with my many questions patiently and politely He even repacked the crate when it arrived in their depot as TNT had split the box and as it was going on to the Maldives his care and attention ensured it arrived intact
The delivery of the empty cartons and their collection was quick and efficient and the final delivery was hassle free

I used Allfreight to send my boxes to Canada and found the sales person informative and polite. The price was competitive, compared to most, but not the cheapest. My goods arrived within the quoted time and was kept updated when asked. I would use again and have recommended to friends.

I am so sorry that I did not read these reviews before I contracted Allfreight!!! I still have not received my stuff after 4 months... according to their record it's still pending!Please don't use them or you will regret!!!!I filed complaints, let's hope I can get my stuff back!!!

Allfreight offers an all in service, which means it takes the hassle out of sending your stuff home, so I'd use this company again.

Very poor how this all went with Allfreight: Took nearly 6 months to ship 4 tea chests to Australia from the UK. All I can say is do what I do now: avoiding them at all cost!

Do not use Allfreight if you have the choice. The staff on the phone are friendly, but treat you like a 5 year old. I have waited for 2 days for my boxes to be collected. I have had to take a day off, and then ask neighbours to wait for the collection. Go elsewhere, even its more expensive!!!!!!

I chose Allfreight initially as it was recommended by a friend.
Unfortunately, having waited 4.5 hours for a pickup, and then having to put up with a very rude sales person, who succeeded in making me sound like a fusspot when the truth is, people do get natsy after 4.5 hours of waiting, I really think, even if its cheaper, please do not use this company.
PLEASE.
If it were not for the non-refundable deposit, I would have gone elsewhere.

I used the Allfreight international removal company to send some excess baggage abroad, cheap service, fast delivery so overall very pleased with the service.
