Good Points: They called me back some time after contact by e mail. Delivered efficiently.
General comments: Car broke down twice with broken springs. One was replaced under warranty but the repairer damaged the bodywork and denied responsibility cost me £90.00 to get dent removed. Took car to Citroen dealer for 2nd repair they also did the original spring again and replaced the strut which Citroen paid for. At the same time the rear brakes were repaired under warranty. Altogether the car was off the road for 5 weeks in the first 2 months.
Very disatisfied with service from Car select and the service from Carcare plan who do the warranty.

Lloyds TSB Car Select never called me. "I will call you in an hour" at Car Select is not always a guarantee.
When they eventually decided to give me a bell they didn't let it ring long enough for me to answer. It is not so easy to ring them though, because lines were engaged when I phoned. You probably have to experience to understand.
Would seriously hesitate to deal with them again.

I ordered my car, a Renault Clio back in late February from Lloyds TSB Car Select, i got regular updates of my car from manufacture to delivery. The car turned up on April 15th. I was very satisfied, the service was great, shall not hesitate to buy again from car select. can highly recommend. Well done car select,and to the staff.

Been trying to order new car for weeks. So far dealt with 4 different sales people. The first phoned me constantly for 4 weeks. When I tried to place an order they can't seem to manage it. Have called them around 7 or 8 times. Yesterday was the last straw - the salesman promised he'd have my quote emailed to me today. Guess what...?
Oh and by the way I'm a long standing Lloyds TSB private and business customer.

Just bought a second hand car from them, they were very thorough, changing items that other 2nd hand dealers would not have bothered with. Top quality used car warranty + new 12 month MOT, efficient service. Excellent choice of upper average fleet cars, frequently changing stock. Would use again for a second hand 3 or 4 year old car.

Excellent customer service, I had to wait 12 weeks for my car, which I knew at the time of order. I saved £5500 on my car and they would ring regularly to update me On the progress of my order. It was delivered to the door, totally stress free with nearly half a tank of fuel. We are about to change our second car soon and would use them again in an instance. Tip, I'm a Lloyds TSB customer so we had a cheque back after 3 weeks for using them. 10/10
