Good Points: I bought in 2007 and was happy with the car and the service. Great web site - easy to use and plenty of info with explanations. Was introduced to main agent dealer who matched the price with home delivery included. Good discount and the online price was fixed so no surprises when the final invoice arrived.
Bad Points: Delivery was two weeks delayed and I needed to call the car dealer to find that out. To be fair, the dealers salesman compensated me with a full tank and free mats and was apologetic. Not broadspeeds fault in this case.
General comments: Overall, I saved over £2700 and got the same car my local dealer was offering. Broadspeed people helpflul and available when I needed - would buy again.

I ordered from Broadspeed (www.broadspeed.com) in August 2004. They may have smartened up their act now but I would not recommend them due to the incompetence I experienced and the risks involved in parting with 16 grand.
Ordered in August 2004. Due for delivery 1st October 2004. Finally delivered 3rd December 2004, so half of that registration period was wasted.
Registration documents were then retained for 6 months and they wanted full payment before delivery.
