    Never a problem from start to finish. New Volvo C30 arrived on time own car picked up same day as part of the deal. The car is brilliant as were the savings. Would never buy a car any other way.

    It took about two weeks from order to delivery and was a fairly simple process. Only a few minor gripes but on the whole thought they were pretty easy to deal with.

    Took delivery of my Honda Type S GT on Friday. Saved around £3,500 off of the list price and the car was main dealer supplied.

    Would suggest window shopping with the dealers and buying from these guys!

    Just got my new car delivered today.Volvo C30,it took about 5 weeks from the day i first placed my order and it went very smoothly with no problems at all.They kept in touch with me everty step of the sale and were very courteous when they contacted me.They saved me approximately £3000 on the price of the same car if bought from a main dealer.Apleasure to do bussines with this company and would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again in the future.

    Initially a little wary but my fears unfounded.As the process progressed from when the car came into stock, a number of comforting signals came out,Honda free insurance, main dealer supplier name.So have no fear send the money and you get the car.
    The delivery time spun out due to manufacturer delay, Honda had 6 months off i believe, that is my main gripe, I had to call to find the info I needed.I had a driven delivery which was spot on with a kind grey haired mature driver you could trust with ...

    Not as slick as I expected, with too many people involved and lots of contradictory emails. But to be fair, the car arrived quickly, on time, and at a very good price. If it had also been the colour I ordered, I would give this a five star rating. Fortunately, the colour that they decided to send me was not so awful that the mistake couldn't be handled by providing a further substantial discount.     This is the second car bought through Buy a Car. Both deals went through with no problems.The cars were delivered on the day promised and were in excellent condition. My only critisism is that the time frame is a lot longer than stated, I waited in excess of three months for both cars from date of order. Otherwise everything went smoothly, I was advised at every stage.

    This is the second car bought through Buy a car have had no problems as to yet with the purchase and would in fact have recommended. Have been kept up to date with every stage .Maybe the holding of the V5 is a concern (will it arrive?) but is understandable why it is done had no problem receiving first one on time.

    A very good way of buying a new car. My experience was perfect. The staff very expert and nothing was too much trouble. Alex Davis and Rob Shaddick dealt with my order and couldn't have been more helpful.     if you are prepared to wait for a factory order i would recommend buyacar to anyone.i ordered a megane coupe on the 9th june and because it was a factory order i was given an estimated delivery date of 4th sep,one week prior to delivery i received an email stating that due to renault production delays and nothing to do with buyacar the vehicle would now not arrive until around the 10th oct.after contacting buyacar around the 10th i got my delivery date and the car arrived at my door on the date ...

    Overall, Buyacar provides an excellent means to source a new car. Pre-sales information and communication was excellent; as was final delivery. And using the online process - easy. The price for my new Ford Focus most enticing. They were however let down by manufacture's lead/deleivery times which meant my retaining a hire car for a month longer than expected; offsetting the extra hire car costs severally dented the VFM of the original deal.     I cannot find fault with my purchase from buyacar.com. They had a very good price for my new BMW, saving me over £3,000. I was able to choose from all factory options and they let me change my mind about one option after a few days. I was always able to get hold of them on the phone, though emails were not always answered.

    The car was ready in around 6 weeks instead of the 10-12 weeks I was expecting and there was no problem in me talking directly to the UK main dealer about delivery date ...

    I was a bit apprehensive about buying on the net, but the difference in price was so good I couldnt afford to miss it. I did a lot of research first,looking at reviews etc I chose to use buy-a-car because of the good feedback from other customers.

    I ordered a new Mazda MX5. It was two weeks late and I was also informed that the dealers had put the price up since I had ordered (by £800) and that I would have to pay another £300.     I was vey impressed with the service that I received. From the time that I placed the order I was kept informed as to progress of my order. The vehicle was delivered to my home well within the delivery period that was promised.

    The staff were helpful, friendly and supportive.

    My overall experience was in the whole good throughout. I am very pleased with my car and found the price to be right. I took the advise of a friend and would pass recommend bbuyacar to others. My only recommendation for improvement would be to keep the customer up to date if there is going to be a delay in the arrival date of the vehicle, particularly on trade in if high mileage
