    I recently ordered a new Fiat Bravo from buyacar.

    What can I say, great service!!! It was exactly 10 weeks to delivery like they said.
    Regular friendly communication via email and telephone ensured that the whole buying/delivery process was very professional. The delivery time was exactly the time that they estimated.

    I can thoroughly recommend buyacar to anyone who has any doubts about buying online.

    Great service - great car - no problems whatsoever!

    First time we have ever ordered a large purchase on the internet so did have some concerns but from the initial phone call to enquire about the car (a Mercedes A Class 160) to the delivery of the car we have only good things to say about BuyACar. It was a painless, easy process (once we decided on the car!) and they notified us of delivery at the earliest date (7 weeks rather than 12).     Great service, good comunication. Massive savings compared to dealers, tax included, driven delivery, friendly customer support.....what more could you ask for?! I would absolutley reccommend these guys for your next new car purchase! They use a separate driven delivery company and the guy was helpful and careful with my new toy.     Ive used these twice now to purchase a new car, both sales involved a part exchange where the driver delivered my new car and took the old one away.

    Pretty good service, only waiting about 4 weeks for my new car to be delivered from point of ordering. Biggest advantage was the savings on a new car - I done a fair bit of shopping around (nationally via the net and going to local garages) and none of the garages I approached could get anywhere near the price I paid for a brand new car so 5 out of ...

    This is a follow up to my unhappy post a few days earlier regarding my Clio 200. Since that time, Alex Davis has made contact with me and been extremely proactive in moving my order along. I am happy to say that it was delivered this morning exactly as spec'd. The issue of my MOT expiring on my part exchange car was also dealt with; Buyacar generously arranging a flat bed truck for collection which was a huge help.     many thanks to buyacar.co.uk the new car arrived at 11 oclock, it's an absoulute gem.
    didnt know if i choose the right colour but i did perfect, metallic sea grey. i was getting impatient after such a long wait but i know everything was being done as quickly as poss.i definately would recommend you to friends and any new customers.

    So far I've been waiting 4 months! and still no car. I have been advised twice that the 'car will arrive in dealers stock on dd/mm/yyyy' and then when it gets to that date I chased them up and get told 'unfortunately it will be another two weeks'.

    Be aware any future customers that the contract you agree to with the order states that if the car is 'Factory Order', in other words you are ordering one and not buy stock, then you have no guarantee of delivery date and no way to cancel and gain yo ...

    From my initial enquiry right through to delivery I was impressed with the Buyacar customer service team,they kept me updated by email right the way through the process of supplying my new car.

    I recently received my new car from buyacar. They did do what they said they would, although with some delay from the original estimated delivery date (which itself was longer than the expected time range shown on the website). I am very happy with the car and the purchase price. However, I have to agree with some other reviewers that the customer service was not great.     I placed an order for a car with buy a car, spoke to Mrs Sing who was very helpful. She gave me a 8-10 week order time on the car. I then had an updates from Robert Shadick, who was so help full, he kept me fully in formed through out the entire process. Then after week 7 I had my invoice and was booked in for delivery.     I ordered a Renault Clio 200 from these guys on August 12th 2009 with the assurance that it would reach me before my current car's MOT ran out. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite up to the point I paid my deposit.     I was a bit worried about buying a new car on line but with buyacar it was easy. I ordered a Fiat Grande Punto and saved nearly 4k on the list price it was delivered to my door free of charge and two weeks earlier than expected.
    I had a few concerns about the ordering process but I was always able to either phone or e-mail Buyacar and always got a speedy response and this has continued even after delivery of the vehicle.

    Very good service, only issue I had was the vague time of delivery, although they did say lunchtime and that's when it arrived.

    Delivery driver very helpful and car was in excellent condition.

    If you know what you want, then you can save some serious money with buyacar

    Process was easy enough, I got what I wanted (CRV) at a price lower than I could find anywhere else..... so not a lot else to say other than:

    'yes I would buy from them again'

    Can't rate this team highly enough, not only did they deliver faster and more cheaply than my local dealer(who delivered in the wrong colour and said they could get a replacement until January 2010!), they were politer and easier to use. Excellent experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Just make sure you know which car you want and have had a test drive in it first as you can't do that online -Yet! I will defintely use them again.

    Never a problem from start to finish. New Volvo C30 arrived on time own car picked up same day as part of the deal. The car is brilliant as were the savings. Would never buy a car any other way.
