  This is a cheap reliable rowing machine. Considering you can pay hundreds for some you get quite a lot with this one. Computer display tells you pretty much everything you need to know. You get an exercise guide to make sure you are getting full use from the machine and because its so small and light you can move it and store it just about anywhere. Definately reccommend to anyone
