Would use this company again no qualm. I ordered my tickets from skiddle, and immediately received a text message and email confirmation. I arrived at the club to be greeted by a friendly member of staff who understood the skiddle ticket list fully and let me in to enjoy my night. I can't fault this system.
Customer service wasn't open on Saturday by telephone when i wanted to check something

Very professional, I got a text message as soon as I ordered, then another one when my Creamfields tickets were posted. Also for e-tickets (like Sankeys) they didn't charge me a penny to pick them up on the door, unlike ticketline.

I ordered the tickets off Skiddle www.skiddle.com, but mistakenly ordered four instead of two. Contacted them by email and they cancelled the order for me to redo without any issue.
I received the confirmation email and on the day got to the club where they took my name and let me in ahead of everyone else waiting! I didn't even need my email in the end.
And yes, it was a great night.
