Canon EOS300 - Tends to overexposure for no real reason. I lost a lot of lovely photos because of this. I took a picture of 3 people standing in a line in the same lighting and 2 were overexposed and 1 was not...strange.

Also some photos are not as sharp as other SLR cameras I have used such as Nikon and Pentax. I am quite disappointed with the quality as it came highly recommended. I will be selling my camera and investing in a quality Nikon now. I'm not sure about buying a Canon camera again, their video cameras are great though.
